Masks are a memory in this society now, i guess. For a restaurant whose ordering format is literally employees walking back and forth above a full counter of open food containers, talking and conversing with customers, strafing the food with spittle as they do, over and over again all day long– masking would SEEM to be a pretty good protocol. Well, Subway doesn't agree.
"Hi, i'll have a foot-long on wheat– with pepper jack, spinach, extra olives, and a generous slathering of covid & germ dressing, please. And a bag of chips."

The employee was kind and helped me with great customer services. However the veggies were not that fresh. And the pricing has been increased quietly for last 2 years

Worst subway ever! We ordered online and the order said ready, when my husband went to pick it up he told the ONE person working & they said “yeah I’ll make them after this guy” and then continued to make 5 more orders before getting to my husband. Did I mention this kid sat on his phone before even getting back to my husband! This kid ended up waiting a half hour before even getting to our sandwiches only to mess them up. They were the worst, back when they weren’t supposed to be, made wrong and fricken expensive for 2 sandwiches. Seriously $35! I will never eat subway again.

Terrible service. We wanted a protein bowl and from the moment my husband ordered that, the employee had a horrible attitude. He barely looked and said they were all out. Didn’t offer to look in back. We always try to give this one another chance but no matter the employee, they always have an attitude. Will not be going back.

The last two times I’ve ordered here the Diet Coke has been awful. The first time I let it go, but two times in a row? The person picking up my order said that the employees were very relaxed and it wasn’t busy. He had to wait around several minutes before anyone came out to take his order. I called to complain and the employee just thanked me.

Ive order from this location via the app, 3 times I ordered double protein and light sauce, well the never add the double meat and still get sloppy with the amount of sauce. They also tend to close about an hour early despite the hours saying 9 pm. Just over all a bad subway, seriously.

Ordered 36 cookies to be delivered. 12 were supposed to be chocolate chip but instead they sent oatmeal raisin. Tried calling but they don’t answer the phone. Tried reporting through Grubhub in hopes they would just send over the corrected order but i just received a refund which does not solve the issue of needing the 12 chocolate chip cookies. Very frustrating!

Went in to get lunch for work it was super fast the young lady that help me was so pleasant and sweet. The chicken come in whole pieces, I ask her if she could dice them up for me, she reply yes and she did that for me.
