When did Buger King stop severing lunch menu items for breakfast? I wanted a whopper sandwich and the cashier/ driver through attened said they was only servering breakfast at the (9:09 am), that's simply crazy. I would have waited to have my food perparded but off to the next that servers the full menu at all times.

Ordered spicy chicken nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich and a Dr. Pepper. I was told to pull up front and wait since they were “making” my chicken and I asked the Window clerk to please make sure they included extra ranch that I paid for. The chicken was rubbery, over cooked and stale ... practically inedible. They did not include the ranch.

3 people working! This place is trashed. Probably will close down soon. I could barely eat. The food wasn't very hot. The nuggets oh yuck overdone! The Manager needs more people.

I can't believe the health dept hasn't shut this place down. The floor today was black and sticky. You couldn't see through the entry doors they were so dirty. Trash was overflowing in the parking lot. 10% of the lighting in the dining room works. The ceiling heating vents look like they haven't been cleaned in 10 years. The staff here typically doesn't have a clue. On the plus side, the food wasn't bad.

Pulled up told the gentleman at the drive through I had a coupon, he told me they don't fake coupons. I explained i just got them in the mail of course you do. He told me to wait. Five minutes later he comes back asks what i needed. Again i explained what i needed the window guy yelled at me and told me "I told you i don't take coupons he only takes cash or debt cards." I told him he was disrespectful and shouldn't treat customers like this. He then told me to leave.

Their spicy nuggets are amazing, 8 for 1 dollar right now. Lobby frequently smells like weed.
Warning: Ive visited this location 30 or so times in the last 2 years. At least 5 of them their register is down and they cant sell anything for "10 to 15 minutes"
Also, they close their register around 10:30 or 11, even though google says they are open till midnight

Disappointed. Nobody was inside when I arrived. Three people came after me and got there order first, really? The mens restroom door couldn't lock it was broken. Seemed like there was no heat inside. Plus if you're helping out quit touching your hair when handling people's food. Plus I ordered done in they gave me to go. Whatever. The CEO needs to come and evaluate the store and fix them asap. Including the employees to work a little faster and get orders out faster. More training. The last time I was there the men's restroom smelled like pot.

On Google maps their hours show up as open starting at 6:00am on Friday. I arrived at 6:01am and there was no one. I drove around one time to notice there was an employee inside so I figure they were prepping to open soon. I pull back into the drive through and noticed another person walking into the restaurant and they tell me, “we don’t open till 6:30am.” To which I replied, “oh, that’s weird Google maps show 6am at maps the open time, But I can wait another 15 minutes.” It was 6:15am when that conversation happened. They proceeded to walk into the restaurant. They came back out at 6:20 AM and tell me that it most likely be 7am that they will open due to some excuse about the manager. I’m not sure where the miscommunication or mismanagement is but I was very unhappy with this experience and would like someone to reach out to me directly.
