Bruegger's Bagels

The food itself is five stars , but I have to give a one star review because the staff is so bad. There were EIGHT employees there and not too many customers and they still had terrible customer service. They took the lady's order behind me even after I told them I was there first and then the cashier didn't know how to get the bar code off the app. It would be much better to have three people working there who knew how to do their jobs than eight people who don't. Just a suggestion.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and I must say the service has gone down hill. We were not greeted when we walked in, everyone was too busy to help us... even though the entire establishment was empty. The girl who’s name starts with an A was “too busy” labeling containers to help us as we awkwardly stood there staring at them. One of the other coworkers asked her to help us and she said “no I have to do this”. The restaurant was disgusting while the same girl went on her phone and began to eat in the corner. These individuals had no clue what they were doing when it came to customer service.

I really enjoy Bruegger's Bagels. Every Friday morning I purchase a big bagel bundle for my family. I have the app and there are deals that are automatically added to it on regular basis. I typically have good service but have had some issues with an employee and I believe he is a manager. I asked why he didn't use my coupon and he said I didn't ask....uh, I had the coupon at the top of the screen you scanned. It was only $2 but I have had multiple issues with getting proper discounts with the app. Rather than give me the $2 he told me to call customer service so they could handle it. Uh, so I paid cash and I would like my coupon discount but I have to call customer service to get a refund...exactly how would they give me $2 over the phone? I I really like the bagels as do my kiddos. I just wish the customer service was a bit better overall. However, there is an awesome lady that really provides excellent customer service in the morning. She has had issues getting the app to pull up the necessary information to give the discounts and she just does the right thing for the customer so they are happy with their purchase. I know this is long but if there is another location or bagel shop near your area you be a better customer experience elsewhere. Anyway 5 stars for food, 2 stars for service.

I ordered a rosemary bagel with cream cheese. I didn’t find out until I got home and opened the bag that they gave me a cinnamon sugar bagel with cream cheese. I ordered one item and neither of those two sound like each other.. not sure how they got that wrong. The employees seemed rude and took forever to ring me up, despite me being the only person in line with nobody ahead of me.

I wish with every fiber in my bean that I could have given this place a zero stars. I went to the Woodbury establishment and immediately got bad energy. As my beautiful, kind family of 4 were waiting to order the workers glared at us. They made me feel so unwelcome and I have been purchasing from the establishment for 10 years now. I asked for 5 bowls of the chicken spaitzel soup which I remember being delicious. When I received the soup though, thats when I realized how far this company had fallen from grace. The soups were abysmal in taste and serving size, filling out cups barely half way. I will NEVER come back to this establishment.

First off, our soups were barely filled and the service was terrible. I remember it used to be a really nice establishment but it has downgraded A LOT. There was only one nice worker that was the one that was helping us but there were 2 other girl workers that were rudely staring at us and made my child cry. DO NOT GO HERE. go to the st. paul location which is MUCH better.
