Subway

For starters I just wanna say I tried calling the store back about the issue and I tried reaching out online as well and have not received a response. March 30 around 9:30 PM I went in and ordered two sandwiches the first one was a spicy Italian(no issues) The second one was a tuna sub, I also want to say that the service was great the employees were friendly and able to make everything quickly, however the food was not so good, The sandwich in question was the tuna one I also had guacamole added to the sandwich($2/3 extra for one little scoop) The guacamole had a weird taste it was either expired or had went bad although it did not look brown, I could not finish the sandwich so I decided to rip off the bottom half where the guacamole was and just eat the top part but the tuna was also not that good. I am mediately got a really bad headache and started feeling nauseous although I did not vomit it was to the point where I could have, I tried calling the store there was no answer and I did not feel well enough to drive back there. I’m not the type of person that usually complains or demands a refund but after getting sick I definitely would want my money back! Receipt and picture of sandwich for proof TDLR : don’t order the tuna or the guacamole possibly could make you sick.

The crew at this location does a great job....especially given they close later and sometimes have to deal with not the best customers. Only thing I would say to improve is sometimes they scrimp a bit on the fresh toppings. Of course if they do, all you have to do is ask for more & they're happy to oblige.

Worst subway in Minnesota tbh. The place was super dirty, trash everywhere and the employees are so rude. They don't know how to respect any customers and they take their time and talk bad to everyone there. Worst subway I've ever been to. Took them 35 mins to get through 4 customers. Ridiculous. Go anywhere else but here

Nicole Lee who made a review was a really rude customer while we were taking care of online orders because they are priority(paid first) and started talked smack about the employees to the the other customers and demanded the subway employees to move faster while in a rush and she only waited 8-10 mins it wasn’t any longer she was also refused service by one of the employees because of talking disrespectfully.

I love Subway, but I will never ever come here again. Long story short, this place suppose to be open 24/7. I placed my order and came by the time it said it pickup. The two coworkers inside locked the both doors, ignore me and refused to open the door when I came to pick up my order. Never got my order I paid for. After I drove off and turn back around they turn off the restaurant lights, got in their car and left. So basically this Subway lied about being 24/7. So disappointing!!!! This isn't the first time it happen too. Even my friend and family said the same thing.
