Not only did I waited 15 minutes, but the food I order didn’t look that freshly cooked BK burger, it tasted like it’s been sitting there for hour, I know you guys are short of workers but come on don’t take it out on us, we just want a nice hot meal we paid for..

I went to breakfast through the drive through. I used the pick up choice. Everything went well until we left with our order. We got about a mile down the road when I noticed we didn't get a sandwich we ordered. So we turned. Around we wanted to just handle in the drive through but there was like 6 cars waiting. So I went in. I explained my problem which the cashier explained to the kitchen staff. She walked away. But the cook didn't forget whom it went to. She made. Sure I got my sandwich. It was really some B's I wasn't given anything for having to turn around.

I went to the drive thru today and there were 4 cars ahead. In my opinion I didn't wait long to get my order so I considered it fast. I got everything I ordered correctly and efficiently. It went very smoothly. 5 stars for me.

I Hate The 7th Street Burger King By Metro State University Next To Cabones Pizzeria. 😡 The employees are Rude and Unprofessional, They Always Get My order wrong and They Make Me wait a Long Period Because They work slow Like a snail and it's Unbelievable That This is supposed To Be a Fast Food Restaurant.
I Felt so Much anger To use My Money on Incompetent Employees who Failed at This establishment and as a Customer I want This Place To improve on Performance.
I Love Burger King some Locations Performed Good But This Location Needs serious Improvements 🤦♂️

I just stopped going there. Get your hopes up for freshly made hot whopper n cheese, noooo. Meat warm, bun hard. If you don't like your job quit, customers shouldn't have to be y'all fall guy frfr.

Just left this place and the line was moving slow(that's expected) but when I get to the ordering window the guy says sorry for the long wait and to hold on, 10 minutes go by and I say hi hello hello trying to make contact with the ordering person and no response for another 3 minutes. I even honked my horn, no response. I go to leave and there's no car at the pick up window and no one ahead of my and no one that I could see from the pick up window. That was some of the worse and unprofessional service I ever received. I will never ever go back to this location. I wasted my lunch break and now I don't even get food. Yay.
