Lobby is closed, no car, no food. What a great business model. Thanks for discriminating. You are loosing thousands of dollars from people not willing to waste fuel and the environment idling their vehicles through your drive thru.

Idk if they changed their chicken tenders, but they were like rubber erasers. Everything was cooked perfectly and the breading was good and crispy, but the chicken underneath was of a much lower quality and was definitely off. Hoping this wasn't an overall Popeyes change and is just this location.

We ordered a non spicy chicken sandwich & we got a spicy fish.They forgot our lemonade. The lobby was closed & the line was LONG! Our chicken pieces were good.

Just ordered a 12 piece chicken tender meal, and y'all could have cooked this chicken for at least 10 more minutes. It is NOT DONE. Since you close at 10, I will definitely reach out in the morning for a refund. The red beans & rice was WATERY. For $40 this is absolutely ridiculous. Smh

Absolutely horrible staff. Messed up my order 2 times. The after driving back to ger yet another another item they woman didn't belive us. We asked for more honey after working out our order she REFUSED to give us more honey.

It seems like quality of the chicken has gone down a bit. There are more parts that get picked off and thrown away now than in years past. What is left is delicious though.

Ordered 1 Sandwich, came up to the window and asked them to change it to a meal. They got me their supervisor to tell me why I didn’t say that through the speaker? And totally refused to change it saying you want your sandwich or not?
How hard is it to change an order from a sandwich to a meal sandwich? You okay with arguing but not okay with doing your job?
