Rally's

This location was busy as should the drive-thru was a somewhat wait ,rewards went thru a plus... food was ready when we got to window a plus..I personally didn't eat ..not even a fry..I was just the driver..The drive-thru person was okay..his manager had knowledge to complete the transaction with Rewards an we where out of there...Good job!

The food was pre cooked and cold. I get that you cook burgers half way but then you put them back on the grill and cook them through and the burger is suppose to be hot. The lettuce and tomatoes are suppose to be freshly put on the burgers. It tasted like garbage. I bought 4 large value meals. That's like $50! Wow.....

Taste was great, idk who doesn't love Rally's fries lol. Although the appearance was sloppy from burger to loaded fries. Wish I would of took photos though of the burger specifically. But was relatively quick in the drive thru which has two separate lanes. One for ordering and the other specifically for Dashers which is brilliant and should be a new standard everywhere. Removed two star for owner making excuses. Let me make excuses when it comes time to pay and then it will be a two way street. It's just stacking patties straight onto a bun. When your burger looks more sloppy than a Taco Bell order, then you have issues. So props to the other Rally's who can make a respectable burger.

The food was not good at all. My fries were hot but my burger was very cold!!! Not room temp but, cold. The customers service was great. I spent $16 for two meals and I regret spending money on food that's not worth it. This is my 2nd time trying Rally's in North County and both locations were a hot mess. I'm retiring from all Rallys. Culver's here I come. 🙂👍
