There was one person working and a constant line. She handled everything quickly and professionally. I was very impressed by this employee. Everything was made well and the place was clean.

So I was on my way to work it stopped to get Subway sandwiches for myself and my family. Everything was made exactly as we wanted it to be, the young lady was very efficient, the only thing I didn't like was that she charged me $1.59 nine for just a sprinkling of extra cheese, and she could have smiled more, but everything else is fine.

Kayla & Kennedy were the most Respectful & Nice workers I've met @ any subway down here in Stl, They even went back & added condiments I forgot to ask for, So helpful!!

I've never been in a cleaner Subway. The manager is the hardest working Subway employee I have ever seen, I believe she is single-handedly holding the store together and it is running smooth with nothing but happy customers.

Started this am at Jefferson store. No one out front. Waited a few minutes and left for S. Grand store to be kindly greeted by one lady in front and shortly another came out to help. They passed on the manager's apologies for what happened at Jefferson (good cameras and great manager of both stoes). Manager kindly offered 2 free cookies which, unfortunately, I couldn't accept as I don't eat sugar. The manager and ladies at S. Grand did an outstanding job this am! These days you rarely see such good service and proactiviness. Well done!

The food was fresh and the service was great and they do accept coupons if you didn't know a lot of subways don't honor them and that sucks but this one do.

All I can say is wow! This past Sunday evening (8/12/2018), my husband took me to the South Grand & Shenandoah Subway location to order something fresh and light since I’m on a weight management journey. Though both ladies were in the midst of assisting customers, they still made it a point to simultaneously acknowledge that I had entered their establishment by greeting me with, “Welcome to Subway & We’ll be with you in a moment”. After looking over the menu, I decided on the Rotisserie Chicken Caesar wrap. This is where things got pleasantly interesting… As I ordered my wrap of choice, Jamie perked up and said to me “You came in here on the right day because I got you!” I replied by saying, “Ok, I’m glad you do because I have never had a wrap and I’m going both your suggestions and patience in this process.” From there my wrap experience felt so personal that I almost forgot that I was in Subway and not at a friend’s house. Long story short, Jamie took ownership of the situation by asking me questions to see what I like and then made the appropriate suggestions. In the final stage of “wrapping” up everything I felt quite satisfied and pleased with my experience and couldn’t wait to make it home to indulge in the artistry that Jamie had put together for me. Needless to say, I didn’t make it home or off the lot before my temptation got the best of me. I just had to know how my wrapped tasted before leaving, and oh my goodness it was delicious! My husband even asked for a bite, and expressed much of the same sentiments. I started this review with “All I can say is wow” because in my experiences, customer focused service by individuals that have sincere smiles and the willingness to assist customers with a gleeful demeanor has become a nearly extinct commodity in today’s society and culture. Jamie’s dedication and disposition to her craft and the customers she serves deserves to be praised. So Again, thank you Jamie for your patience, kindness, knowledge, and last but not least your big bold personality that reminded me of past visits to the Fudgery back when it was located in the Saint Louis Union Station. Keep up the good work and continue to lead by example.
