My previous poor rating was meant for another location. The employee who served me at this Jack in the Box location is amazing!!!! When I visited this restaurant there was seemingly only one employee in the whole place. There were a few people in front of me in line and I was prepared to wait forever. I considered leaving. But the card in front of me disappeared so quickly. The voice on speaker the deepest voice I've ever heard. Even my children noticed, commenting that his voice "is even deeper than Daddy's!" The worker was also very tall with locs. He was so professional and so courteous. Our food was hot and perfect and just as we ordered it. We had all the sauces and napkins we needed. It was my best fast food experience ever. I still can't believe he was able to do so well alone. I've been to restaurants full of workers still I waited longer and my order was wrong. This is exceptional!!

Fast friendly service. Not sure why I can't buy a small container of cheese? I have had it given to me and also charged for it at other chains. Goes great w tiny tacos!

Best experience I have had at a Jack in the Box to date. I have stopped eating at JITB because their service is garbage anymore. I stopped in today because I had a short lunch break and it was close. They pleasantly surprised me. The service was friendly, my food came out fast and fresh. Kudos to the team at this location.

At this specific jack-in-a-box I have never had problems with my order being correct or fresh. Even though they get busy the staff still works quickly and always is polite every time I go.

This Jack in the box keeps the unwanted out. Only paying customers. Clean open doesn't smell like a jungle. The staff is spot on at this location. The food is prepared correctly. They dont rush but you dont have more than a 3 or 4 minute wait. Only location I like better is in lemay area

This location is great. There was a slight delaying​ waiting for our food but it was hot, accurate and delicious. Their customer service was absolutely great. I'd go there again.

They greeted me when I came in. Nice. They smiled when taking my order. Nice. Order was correct when received. On a roll. Only reason why a 4 star and not a 5. I received a hashbrown that was past its worthiness to serve. As I walked up to discuss the hashbrown, they were pulling one out of the fryer to hand me. Because of their kindness in greeting me, smiling and process my order, I was ok with the mixup and received a fresh hashbrown.

I've always loved Jack in the Box's food, what else is there to say. Nowadays their mainly just taking mobile orders, at least in the St. Louis"s area stores
