I don't know why this McDonald's has so many bad reviews. I go here fairly regularly and never have issues. For example, I ordered 10 McMuffins this morning on the app and had almost no wait at the store. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had to use the kiosk. Had planned to just go through the drive-thru, but the line was long. I had the app code buy when J tried to apply it to my purchase ig the kiosk couldn't recognise the number so I ended up having to resubmit my order again with the idea of getting the free McChicken sandwich. I had to swipe my debit card for the purchase and then had to call the customer service # to make sure that my points of purchase were accounted for. At one point, I had thought that I had been charged twice for the same purchase(it had happened once before at a different location). Then, I went on to describe the particulars regarding my in store experience to the rep on the phone. It took over twenty minutes to get a simple McChiken, small fries, and a large diet coke. A young girl fully brought out my order. I had to get back up go to the front counter barge into the people waiting and caught the same girl realising she had forgotten my cup for my drink and then lazily passed my cup over to me and kept on waking. The first diet coke nozel I tried ended up spraying the drink everywhere except onto my cup. The napkin dispenser was basically empty. I knew it would be a futile point to try and ask for any ketchup or salt or even any condiments for my sandwich. I can not consider this location to be up to what I would call typical McDonald's standards.
Young man arrived at work this morning around 7:30 and was on a smoking break within 30 mins. I hope someone at McDonald's reads this, because it isn't fair to his coworkers.
I don't want to give this place a bad review because I come here frequently for my mother and they're always kind and I've never had a problem/always good service...but when you have 5 people leaving the one open drive thru line because the wait is taking too long, and all of your tables have chairs on them/your inside is closed, you need to be helping the rest of your team.
I can't imagine how this place will operate when this new strain of covid gets worse...they already need all the help they can get.
I absolutely adore the staff at this McD's location. They're polite, friendly and have a good sense of humor. Even in the drive thru, I frequently find myself smiling and thinking, "that was so nice!" After ordering while pulling towards the payment window.
They are often out of fountain Coke. Which is really the only thing I ever order from McDonald's (it tastes better and you know it). At this McDonald's, I tend to get Dr. Pepper instead. Sometimes, I also order a pie as an extra lil' treat because I didn't get my coke.
So yeah, either the people at this McDonalds are so wonderful I keep going back to get things I don't really want OR I'm just that desperate for human connection right now! Either way, this McDonalds is great. Also, kiosk ordering inside!
I ❤️ McDonald's, and my food is always done correctly, I just dislike the long lines and wait omg and there r always people around panhandling.
Descently fresh food, besides the fries and workers were polite and had positive attitudes.
