Domino's Pizza

I've been using this dominos for couple years now and have been happy with the results till earlier this year. I've had multiple occasions in which my order had taken 1-2 hours to arrive. In both times I had to call the store to check on status.. For two pizzas. This time around on the phone the person in which I spoke to after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes seemed almost confused and then told me it's now going into the oven, this wouldn't have upset me if one pizza in the order the cheese was burned and then bottom was doughy enough to wear the texture was almost like buying into a sponge. I give this location two stars for the times previous to this year in which the quality and timing was superb but now disappointing.

Ordered online and got the wrong pizza. Plus the pizza we got was not edible(at least a day old). Called and tried via app to get refund. Never worked and no one responded. Finally got to their customer service (which they outsource-which tells you something). Still never gave full refund, basically feel like they stole from me. Lost my business moving forward. Don't go here, lots of great local pizza places in Kirkwood who care about their customers.

I’ve tried to give this location a chance. I’ve ordered from here several times and the app always directs me to this location and sometimes says the store isn’t accepting orders. When I have been able to place an order, the wait for 1 pizza is on average 2 hours for carry out :(. The one time I did order delivery I paid in advance (with a tip for the driver) I was called an hour after placing my order saying they had no driver to deliver the order so I needed to come pick it up. When I did, the lady did say sorry, but I was not refunded the delivery fee or tip :( overall just a negative experience.

I ordered my food. It was cold , my cheesy bread was not cooked the whole way. I called the store two times . The first time i was on hold for 15 minutes and the second time i got ahold of the store manager and told him the issue and he told me i would have to bring my food to the store for a complete refund. That is very unsanitary for one and two why should I drive to the store for their mistake. The store manager was so rude and i told him this is poor customer service and he needs to make this right and he refused to and i said I will call Head quarters and he hung up on me. Poor customer service . This manager should be fired. I will no longer be supporting Dominos

Went into this place and they told me it would be a 10 minute wait. Left and came back 15 minutes and they told me it would be another 10 minute wait. This is by far the worst staff I have ever seen. They looked like they hated their lives and every person in the restaurant. How are you going to ask for tips when you don’t even put any effort into your job?? Very poorly ran, do not go to this location if you have any other options or you’ll wait for much longer than anticipated.

Couldn't order online so I went inside instead. Found the staff getting yelled at by a woman because they were short staffed and it was a Friday night. She complained, called them some nasty names and gave the universal hand gesture. She then left. I got to order my pizza and pasta and waited and left. They had 40 pizzas up after mine. They deserve more than 5 stars but I cannot give it to them.
