I'm not personally a fan of Jimmy John's but the family is. I went to pick up an online order and I was impressed with the customer service!! I saw 4 people working. And all 4 were giving outstanding customer service. The food was good (I'm just more of a burger guy) but I'd go back just because of the service! Thanks to that crew for making it such a great experience.

My kids love Jimmy Johns so we grab sandwiches from there pretty often. 4 stars instead of 5 only because you never know what sort of service you're going to get. Sometimes the staff is so friendly and helpful and other days they look disgruntled and like you're very presence is annoying them (this is during the same time just different days- usually around 2pm so it's not anywhere near closing time). The establishment is clean and they move through orders pretty quickly.

Bread makes my jaw hurt, but other than the bread it isn't terrible. It isn't great either but for such a mediocre place you can't expect too much. Service was good though.

I have not ordered delivery, but have gotten curbside pickup a handful of times, and had a great experience, I love this location for the great service. The staff is friendly and service is prompt.
