This was the best meal I've had in a while! They had an amazing amount of vegan options. Everything we ate had a unique flavor profile we wouldn't get elsewhere - which made it a really worthwhile experience. We especially enjoyed the green curry. That's my husband's go-to dish, so he's had it at dozens of places. He said this was either the #1 or #2 green curry he's ever had. As you might expect, the kombucha was amazing. I tried a half flight and they were all good. I took home a bottle of the meadowsweet, because it was my favorite. And, to top it all off, it was an amazingly friendly vibe in there. We had our baby, and everyone was friendly and talking to us. It felt like being at a dinner party, not just being out to dinner. If you're interested enough in this place to be reading this review, you should save your time and just get there. It's so worth it.

I've been drinking kombucha for quite some time and at one point, brewed a few hundred ounces weekly for myself and my child. The people here know their shit and I definitely learned a lot from them. They even showed us the ingredients involved. The artwork inside was beautiful, unique, and interesting. The flavor combos in the food surprised me, but in a good way. Even the infused water was delish

Spectacular! The dishes are elegantly presented, the flavors are so bright and fresh, and the service was excellent. Take everyone’s advice & order the curry. I ordered a flight of kombucha because I’d never tried it before. Some of the flavors were a little too wild for me, but they were all interesting and I did find a couple I liked. Highly recommend this quaint restaurant!

I took my son visiting from Durham, NC. We are vegans and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We started with the full kombucha flight and kimchi tacos, then had a kimchi pancake and shan tofu ending with a serendipitously made dessert of mulberry fudge, with aronia berry sorbet, coconut yogurt flavored with saffron and delicious local black raspberries., chocolate mint and bee pollen. Each entrée had so many layers of flavor, that you just have to go there and try them yourself.

The food was so amazing. It was the perfect way to spend my birthday with my partner. It was intimate, and the stories that tied the tasting menu together were a beautiful touch.

I visited Confluence Kombucha in February of 2017. It was an awesome experience and the food was delicious. Beware that this is a small space & the people seated next to you are so close they can hear your conversation and you theirs. But if you enjoy Kombucha and you want to try vegetarian/vegan cuisine, being in a small space is worth it. My least favorite dish was the tempeh, but I never liked tempeh. It says something about the restaurant if I was willing to try a dish that I knowingly do not like. I was hoping they're success with the other dishes would spill over to tempeh, but no it didn't.

Okay, so I’m not anything close to a vegan but I tried it and I liked it! Yeah, you heard me right! The place indoors is a little small but they Do have a nice little outdoors patio. Lot of kombucha to choose. Hope you, like me can try them, I don’t think you’ll be sorry.

Probably one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time. I home brew kombucha, so it was great to taste some new combinations and you can tell a lot of love goes into both their brewing and their cuisine. Our food was incredible and well thought out, I was a bit nervous to try new dishes I’ve never heard of, but it was so worth it! They clearly seek to not only feed you, but nourish your body with wholesome food.

Waitress was very knowledgeable. Kombucha super yummy. Alters are beautiful. Vegetarian friendly. If you're going for food this place is not cheap by any means and probably not somewhere to get full. This someone to have a lovely experience or to drink Kombucha but not to grab lunch in personal opinion. Really enjoyed it though.

Traditionally prepared and eclectic foods share the space with quite a delicious variety of kombucha. Get a flight and try up to 8 flavors at once.

Very fun and quaint space with phenomenal kombucha. It was my first time trying it, I did a small flight and took a bottle home.

Call it hipster, call it whatever, just go try it. The kombucha is all very flavorful and varied. If you haven't had Kombucha before, start out with the best in the area and come here. In addition to the amazing drinks, they also feature an amazing menu full of delicious options, from miso pickled mushrooms to kimchi stuffed avocado, you can't pick wrong! Everything is made with high quality ingredients and prepared with care. Come for the Kombucha, but don't miss out on the amazing food!
