Service has gotten better and the food is ways hot. The drive thru stays busy.

Perhaps the drive thru is, but the dine in lobby was still closed at 6:40am and the employee working inside refused to tell me what time the lobby opened. She just kept shaking her head no and then walked from behind the counter area to the back of the store where she could not be seen. I guess I won't go out of my way to go to W.C. ever again.

The food is what's expected at White Castle locations. However, I will commend the Natural Bridge Rd (@170) for delivering consistently hot food items. The service is slow due to the same circumstances under which a lot of post-COVID are operating, but the quality of food is good. The Impossible sliders are my go-to!

Late night trip in to White Castle before heading back to the hotel for the night.
Great service for how late it was. Food was good as always for White Castle. The man at the window was very nice and threw in some extra sauces to hook us up.
Fries were dope. In my 29 years of existence I’ve never had White Castle fries, and even after the trip to the hotel room the fries were still warm and crispy.
Definitely recommend dropping by this location.

Here is the deal! As always, the food was delicious. The atmosphere was just OK because the tables were dirty. The staff was friendly, kind, and professional; but all the tables were nasty.

My 1st time at a White Castle. I tried their normal cheeseburger sliders, fries and their chicken rings. My favorite was the chicken rings. Good crisp and flavor. The sliders actually taste just like the frozen ones in stores. The fries were pretty fresh and had a nice crunch to them.

Every table was dirty. Employees were just talking bad about other people. Waited 23 minutes for food. Never saw anyone clean anything.

We first went to the White Castle on Broadway and the girl behind the counter didn’t even want to take my order so we decided to stop at this one instead and we were not disappointed in the slightest! The staff was friendly and fast and the cashier didn’t roll her eyes when I asked for 30 cheese sliders, 6 cheese fries, and 1/2 gallon of HiC. My only complaint is that they were out of sweet tea but we weren’t even upset cause the staff definitely compensated for that with their speed of service and friendly nature.
