Great food! We were visiting from California and the staff was so friendly! We had the real deal not frozen ones from the store!! 😋
Perhaps the drive thru is, but the dine in lobby was still closed at 6:40am and the employee working inside refused to tell me what time the lobby opened. She just kept shaking her head no and then walked from behind the counter area to the back of the store where she could not be seen. I guess I won't go out of my way to go to W.C. ever again.

I must say that I was quite impressed, overall, with this White Castle location! Hence my decision to give them four stars. For a fast-food restaurant, this place was pretty great! You will see from the pictures, yourself, that the overall interior and exterior of the restaurant were quite clean! I rarely found a napkin or some kind of straggler piece of trash, here and there, lying around. That's also why I gave them four stars instead of five stars. It wasn't exactly perfect, but it wasn't terrible, either! Furthermore, I gave them four stars because the staff members were all professional, friendly, courteous, and accommodating! Unfortunately, I didn't really see any name tags and therefore I can't really compliment one person over another. However, I can definitely tell you that all three or four ladies who were working that early evening wear all superb! To be honest with you, I really didn't expect service and cleanliness of this caliber! It's a fast-food restaurant, after all. But, it might have something to do with the fact that it's a fairly newer establishment (having been remodeled a while ago). I ordered 3 fish sandwiches (since I'm a pescatarian, now, and requested that they cook them fresh. I was told they'd do that, anyway. Well, guess what???! That's EXACTLY what they did. The food was very tasty. The fountain area was a little "messy," but they made up for this little shortcoming by having such a CLEAN MEN'S RESTROOM (how about THAT??!), and a very organized and neat condiments and straw/napkins area. The other cool thing MOST APPRECIATED about this location is the wall decor. The collage of pictures is VERY TRENDY! You'll see it in the pics. Finally--and this is a "small thing"--but, they EVEN had a WORKING chip reader for my credit card. Lol...How many establishments have chip readers, but they're malfunctioning???! Again...you'll see that in the pics. So, if you're looking to get great service, great food, and have an overall positive experience, this would be the place for you.
Late night trip in to White Castle before heading back to the hotel for the night.
Great service for how late it was. Food was good as always for White Castle. The man at the window was very nice and threw in some extra sauces to hook us up.
Fries were dope. In my 29 years of existence I’ve never had White Castle fries, and even after the trip to the hotel room the fries were still warm and crispy.
Definitely recommend dropping by this location.
The food is what's expected at White Castle locations. However, I will commend the Natural Bridge Rd (@170) for delivering consistently hot food items. The service is slow due to the same circumstances under which a lot of post-COVID are operating, but the quality of food is good. The Impossible sliders are my go-to!
Here is the deal! As always, the food was delicious. The atmosphere was just OK because the tables were dirty. The staff was friendly, kind, and professional; but all the tables were nasty.
The only white castle my family has ever had has been frozen! So on our trip to St Louis a visit to a real white castle was a must!
Everything we ate was excellent and the staff were sweethearts!
Every table was dirty. Employees were just talking bad about other people. Waited 23 minutes for food. Never saw anyone clean anything.
Service has gotten better and the food is ways hot. The drive thru stays busy.
My 1st time at a White Castle. I tried their normal cheeseburger sliders, fries and their chicken rings. My favorite was the chicken rings. Good crisp and flavor. The sliders actually taste just like the frozen ones in stores. The fries were pretty fresh and had a nice crunch to them.
