Not sure why the menu is after the ordering spots. I asked if I could see a menu and all they had was a small laminated half sheet taped to the window of the ordering hut that I couldn’t read from my car. The attendant was very nice and polite and trying to help. I had never gone to chic fil a here in Saint Louis so I didn’t know how it was set up. I just panicked and ordered nuggets but it was breakfast time??!! Ugh 😑 I often want to try new things but I guarantee I will not remember the exact name of the new item and I need to see the menu to order quickly and clearly. This location is hard to get in and out of on Hampton as well. Food is good, people are great, drive through setup is bad. I’ll go inside next time.

The food is excellent! The service, though very personable, needs adjustments. I ordered in my app, went to the drive thru lanes. Got in wrong lane. A car that was 4 cars behind me, was able to end up 2 cars ahead of me to pick up food. Even though I received my food before the 2 cars that created the stall in my lane, I still couldn't leave because I was trapped in the drive thru. So my food was colder than if I had waited in line for it. I'm confused. I can see the benefits and errors in their thinking. I would definitely go back because the food was so good.
P.S. The van shake was fantastic!

It was a couple of weeks ago that I was here.
Drive through was around the building
A dozen or so people in line inside.
And still under 5 minutes to place our order
And by the time we had found a table and sat down there was the server with our food.

Great food. Expensive, but all good food is expensive these days. It was very busy, but they stationed employees outside to take orders and did their best to move the line along .

The chicken sandwiches and chocolate milkshakes are my favorite! I also really liked their macaroni and cheese. Pretty much everything they have here is good, along with the service.

Very clean establishment with an amazing atmosphere. You can tell the owner cares about his franchise and his employees because he out on the lines helping wherever its needed and the customer service from all the crew is impeccable to say the least. Great job all around!

This is a great Chick-fil-A location. The owner, Nick is a truly caring and compassionate person.
Everyone on the staff works hard and truly tries their best to serve their customers.
And the food is obviously delicious...I mean, it's Chick-fil-A.
Great place, beautiful and well run establishment.
