Chevys Fresh Mex

We had a very nice server but she was extremely slow. I felt like it was fine dining pace. I had to go back in the kitchen and ask her to take care of the bill so we could finally go. I realized she was back there. Eating and that's what was taking so long. I understand people need to eat but the entire 2 hours we were there should have only taken about an hour. Most of it was spent waiting.

The host was friendly and helpful. The waitress was fast, attentive, but not enough to be annoying. The food was hot, served fast, and pretty tasty. The restaurant was clean. Very clean. I'm not sure who is running it now, but it seems like a family. If they're not family, it's the impression we got... and that's a good thing.

Been coming to eat at this Chevys location now for over five years even though I've lived 2 minute away from another Chevys.The staff here is very friendly starting with the host the mature lady always welcomes us with a great smile.Drinks and service from the bar are exceptional.Food taste and quality are great and consistent.Severs here are great moving at a fast pace.We met Gabriel from Miami for the first time.What an amazing experience he gave us we loved is energy and funny jokes.Great place to come and kick back and eat and drink grate.

After a day of delivering our grandkids back to mom and dad after a week with us, we decided to visit our favorite antique malls. The South County Antique Mall always has lots of stuff to choose from. We bought several things. On the way back to the interstate, we saw Chevys Fresh Mex and decided to try it. They have traditional Mexican food with a twist. I had the combination platter with a taco, burrito, enchilada, rice and beans. It was all very tasty.

For a chain restaurant they have really good food. This place blows the doors off of Chili's Weak A$$ food. The only negative about this place is trying to get out of the parking lot because it sits on the corner of a busy road with a large grocery anchor store on the other side, but other than that - I would say it was worth it.

We lost our Chevys in Bloomington, IL several years ago! We came to see a show and I had to show my boyfriend why I love Chevys! We had the chicken flautas. They are so so so good and they taste exactly the same as they did in my town years ago. The house made chips are great and my boyfriend loved the salsa! I'm not a huge salsa person but theirs might be the best. That jalepeño jelly on the flautas... I am as impressed as I have always been.
