Best burgers I have ever had. I'm not even a real burger fan but I crave these. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. I love how they don't skimp on toppings and condiments. Their fries are the best as well. They give huge portions of fries which are great for sharing. I have no negatives to share. Five stars, easy.
Food was great. And if you've never eaten here before the family fry / large fry is much more than a family of 4 can handle they are huge. For those who don't know not to order everybody a large fry. The only complaints was the dining room with a little messy but that could have been because it was extremely busy that day and it looked like they were possibly short a couple employees but it was a little messier than I would like. But the food was great
It's a fast burger and fries, for the speed and price it's a great burger! Get it plain or with whatever you want on it! Good place for kids and really anyone. This location was on it. And really clean tables too. Fry orders come with A LOT of fried so be ready for that!
Favorite quick hamburger joint. Fries are the best, especially since they will do them extra crispy upon request. What really makes this place a standout in the St. Louis area is the customer service. The work ethic, attitude and customer service exceed establishments where you would pay 5 times the amount of money. If every business in the hospitality industry operated like this particular restaurant, the world would be a better place. They are a shining example of what excellent customer service should be!
Tried them for the first time and I enjoyed them. Burgers were great! The fries were extra hot, fresh and delicious! They were quite generous with them. They just flowed out of the cup. The cooks were super-friendly as well.
Will return in the future.

The staff is consistently good, the food is consistently amazing, and overall the experience is great.
The only REAL downside is the location-- being part of the Galleria mall has the major drawback of a major lack of parking if you're only going for the burger joint and not the mall, and the sometimes unpleasant situations that the populace create, such as beggars waltzing in and bothering customers while they eat (this happened to my girlfriend and I during our last visit.)
Not gonna knock the establishment for the customers, as that isn't really in their control, but the parking is pretty terrible-- super frustrating during the weekend when the mall is busy.
