Without asking, Yudana brought me hot tea and water as we had breakfast because I had a cough. Charming place for breakfast. Loved the Ritz!

My server was excellent. Started off with her bringing a free snack tray to start. I had a hamburger and one thing I learned about that area is that they take their burgers seriously. Very good, juicy burger. The gooey cake was delicious.

Outstanding. This large lobby living room serves up outstanding drinks, high-quality wine options and good food. The very relaxing and open seating make this a favorite place to relax with family and friends. Great service. In normal times (non-Covid), there is usually a band in the lobby bar Friday-Saturday. Always great service and well-decorated for the holidays. Remember you are at the Ritz-Carlton, so red wines are $14-30 a glass, for example.

Staff is attentive and professional. Food is good and what is expected from a Ritz lounge. Great selection of spirits especially the bourbon and scotch. Nice quite place to sit and talk with out being rushed.

This is a great place to catch up with someone and have a meeting. The lounge is very inviting in the lobby, the staff are true professionals and go out of their way to make sure you get great service. Highly recommended. Good location too.

I've eaten here several times while I was staying at the Ritz on a longer term project and the food was always good! The staff is very friendly, although service could be slow at times. I recommend the recently updated meatballs and the chicken sandwich. The drinks are pricey, but the bartenders do a nice job!
