The food was delicious! Both entrees had great flavors and nice portions (we took most of both entrees home). The beef on the appetizer plate was very, very tasty. We didn't eat the calamari ringa because they were rubbery. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The server was very pleasant and attentive. We ordered an appetizer and had just about finished when our entrees arrived. The place was very empty but it was Christmas Eve. The only downside was the bathrooms. Both bathrooms were unkempt and dingy looking. It's an old building, so it may just look dingy because of the age. We will definitely return to try other dishes.
This is the best Chinese restaurant in St.louis and not greasy at all, not to mention the choices.
My go to is Fried Pot Stickers, Shrimp Toast, Crab Rangoon and finally Combination Fried Rice with Extra Shrimp.
Pot sticker are filled with delicious meat always plump, Shrimp toast is so tasty just tell them not well done and it's perfect. Crab Rangoon is my brother's favorite and always nice and crispy. Now the Combination Fried Rice is the best there is so much meat, Pork, Beef, Chicken and big Shrimp. I always get extra Shrimp because it's so big and delicious.
Their prices are so cheap it's under $30.00 for all these items along with $5.00 extra Shrimp.
Easily some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Top tier. Their tea is pretty good and our server was so damn fast it was crazy
This is one of our goto's for Chinese. They were better a few years ago but still better than most Chinese around the area.
Alan the waiter is great. They could use an update to their dining room looks from the 90s.
I ordered Mongolian beef and Kung pao chicken 😋, the total was 22.95. portions are good 👍
The best pot stickers and hot and sour soup in St. Louis. The potstickers are large, meaty and handmade. The hot and sour soup is tasty and full of ingredients. Their dishes are all delicious except the chicken and fortune cookies. Several years ago we noticed an odd taste with the stir fried chicken dinners, almost like the meat has been reheated. We quit ordering chicken and usually go with beef, pork or shrimp. Fortune cookies appear to have changed and are not very good… don’t waste calories on them. Prices are reasonable.
My family loves to come here for Cantonese food. Cantonese is what "American Chinese" is based on. I especially like the General Tso's Chicken (first picture) because the sauce is great and the fried chicken actually still has a delicate crunch rather than being soggy. I know they do carry out as well, but we always dine in. The Crab Rangoons are a notch about the others as well because they are savory and not sweet (and you can taste the crab it crabstick in them, rather than just sweet cream cheese). Pictured are my families orders: General Tso's Chicken, Happy Family, Treasures of the Sea (I think), Sizzling Three Musketeers, and Lemon Crispy Chicken.
Amazing food and the workers where very kind and when I wanted to add something to my Oder they where nice about it 10/10
Never dined inside here but it is my go-to for take out. Always tasty. Very fair pricing. Always hot and ready when I get there. Staff and friendly and helpful.
Great food! Staff was so friendly and sweet! Our food came out quickly and taste delicious, the server's kept our drinks full and removed any empty plates quickly. Very impressive! We will definitely return when back in town. Even gave our son a cookie for free just because!
