The falafel was amazing!! The young lady that took my order was patient as I took forever to decide what I wanted and even made suggestions to help me decide without feeling like she was rushing me or annoyed. It was super quick and I'm glad I followed reviews/recommendations to check this place out.

Visiting St. Louis from New York and found Medina Grill to be delicious, hospitable, quiet, and comfortable. I had an Original Palestine gyro spicy (turns out the spiciness level is not that high). Normally that would have been enough for me, but since I had skipped lunch, and the service was so speedy, I also ordered a Juicy Jerusalem. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was far enough away from the convention center to keep the rambunctious crowd away. I recommend Medina Grill to anyone who wants to eat excellent food for a great value.

I liked shawarma salad bowl and sandwich, it was a good combination balancing meet with salad. I also liked the sauce. They packed it well and prepared it faster for the delivery.

We came to eat here for some gluten free choices while spending the day at the City Museum. E was a gracious host and food was great (thanks ladies!) I got the falafel bowl and had to wait a bit for a fresh batch of rice to be cooked, and it was worth the wait.

Mediterranean restaurant. Chicken swarma wrap. Falafel rice bowl. Now they the cashier will take your order, ask if how spicy. If you dont like spicy. Say not spicy. Delicious food. Manager is super nice. Clean restaurant. Bright light with the windows front and side. Easy to find. Parking out front. Be sure to prepay Parking for your parking spot. Support this business.

Good food and great service. They were very welcoming and made some good recommendations. We had shwarma salads and they were delicious. The meat was extremely tender and seasoned great. First time in St. Louis and will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
