On our way back to Oklahoma from Chicago we stopped in St Louis to spend a few hours. We had some drinks across the street from this place and decided to stop in. As soon as we opened the door we were greeted with the most amazing smell. The food was so incredible. The only thing that made me sad was the fact that there isn't one in Oklahoma. I can't explain how great the experience was. The place was clean, staff was super friendly, food was INCREDIBLE, service was fast. I highly recommend anyone that goes to St. Louis to eat here!!!! Definitely the best food we had on our whole trip. I can't give this place enough praise.

I'm a regular at Medina's and normally go several times a week for lunch. It's a great atmosphere and wonderful group of people. I love going because the food is delicious and it's not fast food. The you do 2 is a great lunch option - the chicken dodana with a half al-andalus salad is my go to meal - - and don't forget a side of chili sauce!
Food has been amazing since they opened. Consistent and fresh. The Original Palestine is delicious but that falafel is crazy good. I can get serious cravings for their falafel. The staff has always been super friendly!!

My kids & I stopped here for dinner on our way to Chicago from Dallas last week and we are so glad we did. I had the Juicy Jerusalem and I can honestly say it is the best sandwich I can remember having. The combination of the chicken shawarma, marinated peppers & onions, and melted provolone was enough to give the sandwich a positive review. But then, it's almost unfair that they put this all on a warm French baguette that is slightly crispy on the outside and soft & airy on the inside. As I'm eating the sandwich, I'm thinking to myself; this the best sandwich I've ever had! But we have all said that in the heat (or eat) of the moment. I ordered a 2nd one and split it with my daughter just to be sure. For the past week I have talked about this sandwich to my friends. I have gone through my mental rolodex of sandwiches to see how it stacks up, and it holds its own against my other favorites. Finally, this morning I was laying on my couch just day dreaming about that sandwich wishing I could have one back home in Dallas. So I feel like I'm really not exaggerating when I say the Juicy Jerusalem is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had!

I'm so mad it took me this long to try this place out! My friend and I REALLY enjoyed our lunch! The restaurant is immaculately clean and the staff was wonderful! Everything is FRESH and prepared quickly. The flavor factor is HUGE..truly a delicious meal! I can't wait to bring my family and more friends to check this place out!
We came to eat here for some gluten free choices while spending the day at the City Museum. E was a gracious host and food was great (thanks ladies!) I got the falafel bowl and had to wait a bit for a fresh batch of rice to be cooked, and it was worth the wait.
I liked shawarma salad bowl and sandwich, it was a good combination balancing meet with salad. I also liked the sauce. They packed it well and prepared it faster for the delivery.
The food was really good! I had the Damascus Bowl with chicken and falafel bites. I highly recommend eating here!

Mediterranean restaurant. Chicken swarma wrap. Falafel rice bowl. Now they the cashier will take your order, ask if how spicy. If you dont like spicy. Say not spicy. Delicious food. Manager is super nice. Clean restaurant. Bright light with the windows front and side. Easy to find. Parking out front. Be sure to prepay Parking for your parking spot. Support this business.
Visiting St. Louis from New York and found Medina Grill to be delicious, hospitable, quiet, and comfortable. I had an Original Palestine gyro spicy (turns out the spiciness level is not that high). Normally that would have been enough for me, but since I had skipped lunch, and the service was so speedy, I also ordered a Juicy Jerusalem. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was far enough away from the convention center to keep the rambunctious crowd away. I recommend Medina Grill to anyone who wants to eat excellent food for a great value.

The falafel was amazing!! The young lady that took my order was patient as I took forever to decide what I wanted and even made suggestions to help me decide without feeling like she was rushing me or annoyed. It was super quick and I'm glad I followed reviews/recommendations to check this place out.
Good food and great service. They were very welcoming and made some good recommendations. We had shwarma salads and they were delicious. The meat was extremely tender and seasoned great. First time in St. Louis and will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
