Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered a pizza from here and the driver must’ve dropped it but didn’t say anything because the pizza was smashed. Called in and the manager said he would take down my info give me a complimentary pizza my next time calling. Went to call in about a week or so later and no free pizza, no information noted. The manager on duty didn’t even want to get on the phone when I asked to speak to her! - update (1/07/2022) Just had the same thing happen to me. I know the pizza is sealed but I’m almost sure if it was being dropped or if anything happened they would know, yet nothing was communicated.

Horrible! I had never seen a Papa John’s with less than a four rating so I was concerned but they are local so I thought I would give them a try. The lady working there is completely nasty and unprofessional and all of the people look slovenly. The pizza I got had almost no toppings on it and honestly you get better pizza from a 7-Eleven. I will never go back to this Papa John’s and they may have ruined me for any Papa John’s.

I ordered pizza that took 2 hours to be delivered. They rely on Door Dash for what you order and never inform you where the food is coming from. Not to mention, they don't provide you a number for the Door Dash driver. Although it's your money, you have to rely on their lack of planning to get the job done, you get put in limbo. They expect you to be all happy when you pay for your food and do not receive what you order. Never will I order from this particular Papa John's again. They lack professionalism, they lack planning (the manager told me their drivers are on vacation so they're relying on Door Dash), and they lack quality management. Worst experience I've ever had with this franchise.

Ordered a pizza and it never got delivered. I was tracking the door dash driver and they were parked for like 15 minutes in the tracker. They literally stoled my pizza. Call Papa Johns and they tried to offer me a credit instead of refunding me my money for food I never received. Horrible service they should be closed down.

The WORST service I’ve ever gotten in my life. I will never in my life order from here again. Keep in mind, I used the app to order. I placed my order only to track my order then realize that I’d have to wait two hours to receive my pizza. As soon as I saw that I tried to call and cancel my order. Waited so long that I had to get my two year old son dressed to take him on a drive to this location to cancel my order. I get there and then there’s only one girl manning the phone and front desk. I waited 10 minutes to see if anyone would acknowledge me. I then got frustrated so I just asked anyone to help me cancel my order and finally I was helped. Customer service through the website or app is absolutely useless. I will be ordering from Marcos Pizza from here on out. Much better quality and I got my pizza in just 25 minutes.
