Toppers Pizza

I usually always come to toppers and haven’t had a problem up until now. The man taking our order was amazing, Super nice and already knew what we wanted since we’re frequently there! To sum it up we came to pick up our order and we had to wait a additional 7 mins because they’ve messed something up, no big problem. When we got home we compared our pizza to our recipe, they labeled everything right. But didn’t make it correctly. We specifically asked for no onions and tomatoes but they added 2 different kinds of onion. But that wasn’t the part that bothered me. We asked for the cheese to be substituted with vegan mozzarella because I can’t have dairy, but the cheese on the pizza was clearly not vegan. I decided to call toppers and see if we’re able to swap it out for a correctly made one like they’ve done before, but the lady on the phone was blatantly disrespectful. She didn’t even try to go over the order with us or was even bothered by the fact she gave someone who couldn’t have dairy, dairy. but proceed to hang up in my face. Out of every time I’ve ate from toppers. I’ve never would of expected this behavior for there workers! Never going back again.

Hands down my #1 favorite local pizza joint!! 🍕 🍕 🍕 I am a vegan so dairy free is my only way to go, and their options are incredible. From Vegan chicken wings to giant delicious pizza, cheese sticks and tons of friendly sauces... it's a MUST! We have never been disappointed in our orders. Employees are extremely helpful, patient, friendly and always willing to modify our orders without making a fuss. Excellent and fresh food quality, clean and happy environment. Always fast, never been disappointed. Top choices out of fast food options!!

So my husband and I ordered pizza for the first Time from Topper’s Pizza in St. Cloud and most likely won’t again. The pizza came delivery on time but was obviously dropped. It taste ok definitely had better Ordered a Hawaiian. Not very good Customer Service Just Over all not a good First Impression
