Just left without food, the moment we got in line the man with the curly hair didn’t say hi or greet us he kept cleaning and ignoring us then I asked if they had meatballs he said no, we only have pizza. Then I said okay no problem, can I get one slice of cheese then he said shortly and irritated that if we order cheese it will be 20 minutes, I said okay how about you tell me what pizzas there are available, another guy chimed in with in 5 minutes these 3 pizzas will be ready. So I go okay can we please have one Hawaiian one Meat Lovers, the curly hair guy tells the other dude okay should I ring them up he’s replies sure but tell them it’s going to be a while…. Which I then questioned did you not just say 5 minutes, what’s the purpose of saying that loud enough? They basically wanted off the clock; they gave me attitude and I’m sure they just wanted to go home and not service anyone. Did they know we were starving in line and just been on a road trip just wanting a quick slice! Did they even care? Then just say we’re closed! Don’t make me ask you 80 questions to get a meal. Frustrated and hungry we left upset and explained it was bad service across the board and the guys yelled BYE! That is a horrible representation of your company and I’m sorry they lost Villa as a pizza stop for us and anyone I come across.

Went in to buy two slices of pizza I asked for garlic they tell me they don't have garlic I asked if they have garlic to buy that they use on the garlic knots they tell me no it's an extra topping cannot sell it to you so I asked is this an Italian pizza place how can you not have garlic if three quarters of your recipes require garlic he could not give me an answer so he was a little rude in the service was not that great I would not buy pizza here again

Girl serving this afternoon was very rushy and rude complained about having to go back and forth to weigh the food . All the pasta was uncovered so it was cold I spent $20 on just myself for cold watered down pasta and the sauce was horrible and watered down as well. She didn't even take the time to let the spoon drain some water out . I was here at 3:40 pm on july 1st didn't get her name but I hope the company can get the schedule find her name and retrain her in customer service and how to keep the food hot at a steam table . The cook could definitely use a few lessons as well not to water down the spaghetti sauce. The cheesy pasta was greasy and bland and dry . Very disappointed will never eat here again . Wendy's would have been way better

The girl was rude!! The pizza looked old and the spaghetti noodles well there was like 3 noodles in the hot container. Everything looked old. She was not even willing to make fresh items!! Disappointed!! I should of gotten name but it 3-8-2021 at 230pm. Maybe someone could address her attitude!! She is in the customer service industry she needs to be retrained!!

This place is terrible. We travel the turnpike often and 9 times out of 10 they have NO PIZZA or it's been sitting so long that it tastes terrible. The guy at this location acted irritated with US! Like we were bothering him by trying to order. It was lunch time and they said it would be 20 minutes for the next pizza. If they have a contract, they need to lose it to Pizza Hut.

We were driving to South Fl for the weekend and got hungry. So we stopped at the Conoe Creek plaza. I never expected to have such great pizza in a turnpike plaza. But I was shocked. It was amazing! Better then I've had in a long time. And im Italian. I reccomend this place 100%. If you are near this plaza. Do yourself a favor. Stop in and have some pizza. You will not regret it.
