Supportive staff. Being vegetarian, I want proper attention to the order and no meat should be there in food; and they understood instructions properly specially the manager lady.

Always fresh food. Always kind service. Sparkling clean dining room every time we visit. Fast Window service and, They make fresh coffee on a regular basis. Something many burger king locations don't do.

I am very disappointed in our bk today. I have cancer and my husband went thru the drive thru to pick up my supper. I also have a severe allergy to onion. Our order was placed without onion. When he got home, all the sandwiches had onions. I tried to call the number on the receipt with no answer. This meant my husband has to go back out to get my sandwich.

I had sort of given up on Burger King years ago, but then I started going to this location and they always get my order correct!
I just check the BK app for deals and then get the $3 double whopper with only cheese onion pickles tomato BBQ sauce.

Edit: I should mention that I avoid ordering food during busy hours like lunch rush so just keep that in mind.

Drive thru person messed up my order completely, order a regular single bacon cheeseburger but instead got a hamburger with just onion rings and ketchup, order their chicken sandwich meal with everything but it was made like a hamburger is with ketchup, lettuce, onion, pickle. ordered an additional fry and a single hamburger plain the burger was right but there was no extra fry.

I went to buy my breakfast before going to work. There was only one car in front of me and no customers in the dining room. They sent me to the third window to wait for a burrito and 3 pieces of French toast, waited 10 minutes, I turned around ,and when I got to the second window I saw 4 women talking without doing anything, I asked for my order and they all started laughing, it was very annoying, I was late for my work and the food was cold. very bad service from those people 👎👎👎👎👎👎

They can’t seem to get the orders right ? Double crossandwich never get it right ? How hard is it to put the bacon or sausage on as requested ? Never happens and they don’t check, done with this BK
