Mcdonald's

Their service is terrible. They always have us park and wait for our food, and then they never bring it out to us! They also seem have poor trainers and a high employee turnover, so they keep poorly training even more new people. Not only that, but the drive thru lines are unreasonably long and slow, especially for one that has two lanes. This is all completely unacceptable. Today was the worst service by far, though.They actually cancelled our order today! That is something that should never, ever happen. And we were most certainly NOT the only ones. There were tons of cars just sitting out here! Please don't go here; find another one of the hundreds of thousands of existing McDonald's to go to, as most of them are have a high probability of being better than this location. Or, better yet spend your money on a better restaurant. Time is money, and these people are very content to keep wasting both.

Went to this location at 11:30 PM on 2/11/21 ordered two spicy McChicken‘s plain, two medium fries, two Dr. peppers, two cheeseburgers with extra pickles and onions and lastly lastly a Mc flurry. We are in the middle of winter we went out in a snowstorm to get our food. And then when we got home we realize we are missing The two cheeseburgers. Well I thankfully was able to talk with José up there after hours they heard my voicemail and picked up the phone and offered to replace my entire meal for free which really helped me out because my husband and I aren’t able to get as much work in as we would want to this winter. Times are really tough so the fact that they’re able to give us another meal so we can get through another day really brightens my world. Jose was is the kindest human being I have come across in such a long time. Thank you so much for your hard work and understanding. Mistakes are made, however this truly made things work out in the end. Thank you so much guys 🥺 keep it real!

Went through the other night on my way to work and the lady taking my order sounded like she hates her job. Then I realized that she rang up all my food separately instead of the combos I asked for. Not only that, once I noticed, the lady at the second window gave me an attitude when I told them to re-ring my order. Instead they gave me a refund for a cookie I didn't order and wouldn't give me my original receipt back. My sandwich had either been way over cooked or sitting in a heater for a while plus the fries were soggy and cold. It's not just this McDonald's though... it seems like every fast food place in that area is complete garbage now.
