Mcdonald's

This location used to be my favorite McDs, but the curbside service is no longer prompt. The last few times I have ordered curbside, it’s taken over 20min. Each time I’ve had to walk inside to retrieve it myself, and each time the order wasn’t ready. The food was great, but if you’re using the app, avoid curbside pickup and use the drive thru instead.

Got to the speaker, was greeted and said my order. Then sat in silence for 3 minutes before a total was mubled at me, there was no one behind me or at the other speaker. No idea why we have to pull around to the lobby door to pick up food as now the employee is right up at my window instead of a clear 3 plus feet away. Get home to my sandwich literally thrown in the box and the sauce and toppings in the corner of the box. Worst service have ever received.

This will definitely be the last time that I go home to this McDonald’s the fact that they take so much longer than any other McDonald’s around here and even now they’re always super busy they can’t seem to keep up and it’s the second time that the entire store is out of honey. No honey mustard or just some regular damn honey it’s extremely frustrating!!! Then to top it off I either end up getting the wrong soda or a mix of some thing like they didn’t freaking remember when I said right now I have a pepper half Coke!!
