Applebee's

I haven't been to an Applebee's in many years but while I was out of town I gave it a shot. This particular location was having some staffing issues so dine in seating was a bit slow. However, I went in solo so I just sat at the bar. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was great and better than I remember. I know that Applebee's was overrated in the past, but they are really trying to deliver good food at a good price and have fun at the same time.

Stopped in today (Apr 14, 2022) at 4:30 for an early dinner, there was maybe a dozen cars in the parking lot. On entry, we were met by the hostess and were told they only had one server and that we would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes before we could be seated. We declined to wait and left, then went to TGI Fridays and were immediately seated. We eat early so we don’t have to wait. Too bad, we won’t try again.

Today on Mother’s Day a waiter with a cardinals jersey on proceeded to card me out of everyone at the table. Of course it was the day that I didn’t have my wallet! I can’t help that I’m blessed with good genes and he wasn’t!! I’m 30 years old and unfortunately spending my Mother’s Day at this low budget restaurant. To make matters worse he carded me and I had to drive all the way home just to show him that I was 30 years old! I felt embarrassed and humiliated I didn’t even want to eat there!!!

My BFF and I decided to eat at this particular Applebee's location. We love to eat at Applebee's. We were very pleased with the service we received. We had the most amazing Server. Her name was Zoe. Ms. Zoe was very polite, made us laugh in brief conversations the whole time she answered our questions and pampered our every need as we ordered and received our food. Ms. Zoe told us she was newly hired, and we told her that we truly thought she had worked there for years because of the impeccable service she gave us. We asked for Zoe's manager and we gave her manager great remarks about her service to us. If you want great service, ask for Ms. Zoe. Thanks, also to her manager for taking time out so we could share our delightful experience. Ms. Zoe deserves a raise, too. I hope she'll be recognized as employee of the month. Please hire more people like Ms. Zoe!! She represents your restaurant well! 👍👏👏

Okay I know everyone has been to Applebees sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad with that being said we go to this location quite a bit and ever time it's good but this last visit was Amazing!!! Our server named Stephanie was Amazing the food she suggested was Amazing and anytime I thought I needed something she was there already on top of it.
