Food and service was good. The menu prices seemed a little high for a few items. I understand the inflation costs have to roll down to the customers. Be specific when you order. They do exactly what you tell them. I ordered tamale plate with cheese enchilada. I asked for caso on my tamales instead of chili and when I got my plate my enchilada had chili on it. I should have said it too. I didn't realize it would have chili too and that when I said I don't want chili, the waitress didn't clarify if I wanted it on my enchilada too. It was my first time at this restaurant in almost 15 years. Food was good. I would go back. Great for a little local restaurant and I liked how well spaced all the tables were giving you a feeling of not being crowded even when they were busy.

I should begin by admitting that, while I consider myself an expert on what makes good tex-mex, I am not a fan of authentic Mexican foods. Also, many of my friend disagree with me on what constitutes good food. Having said that, let's dive in. Just as you would expect, and as I deem proper, many of the foods on the menu only resemble in name something that can be found in Mexico. Almost every item you order will be made from the same four ingredients (tortilla, meat, beans, lettuce) and DROWNED in liquid gold cheese. The portions were not as large as my #1 place but I didn't find the meal to be lacking in flavor. Like a tiny Fiesta in my mouth, I was happy when I left for the amount of money that I paid. My only complaint is the shockingly disappointing salsa that resembled something more akin to spicy dish water than actual salsa. But given that everything else was satisfactory, I can't complain too much. Be sure to thank your server with a tip as they are attentive and friendly even when the place is busy.

I'm a Mexican and I can say this is not Mexican food. This is TEX MEX at most. The ranchara enchiladas dinner was not made like a Mexican place should. The tortillas was not heated and just wrapped the meet that is consistently of low quality that is shows the holographic shine as iridescent meat would. It's FDA approved but seesh man Mr. Pulido would be disappointed. The folks working here make better Mexican food at thier homes than what is fed here. this should he labeled as a Taco Bell or restaurant for people that don't have a taste for Mexican food but want the ambient to say it is. Just really disappointed and I know they can do so much better than this....

Terrible!!! We used to go here & it was always decent food for a decent price. Went a couple of weeks ago & the food was horrible. The chips tasted old like they were cooked in really old oil. Will not be back

We love this place. Their food is quick, the service is great, and it isn't expensive. They have a playground for the kids in the back with a dining area attached. Even though it looks like it is for toddlers, everytime we come here kids up until about the age of 12 play their hearts out. Great place for the family and entertaining for the kids!!

Definitely coming back! I’m not a big texmex food fan but this place changed my mind after being at many places I didn’t wanna try another one but so far this is the only place where the food gives you a real Texmex food experience the micheladas were so good too, and of course the service was amazing... Even tho they don’t have the full menu because of COVID what they have is delicious I know people complain about it but come on guys be understanding!!

Still have a limited menu. Every other Tex-Mex restaurant in Fort Worth has had a full menu for months, some a year. Everything that was good here is gone. Flautas, Carne guisada, Polano steak, fajita chimichanga, fajitas nachos, Carne asada, fajitas, etc.

Always love the food here. NEVER have I ever had a bad experience at Pulido's! The service is great and it has a pretty good sized indoor carpeted play place for kids next to some of the seating area! Which is great if your kids are finished eating or before the good arrives, they can go play while you finish up or just sit and relax. (Check ahead of time though, if the play place is open due to Covid.)
