I don't know if it is do to the pandemic or whatever but we just recently visited your facility and was not satisfied at all....... We went all the way across town and waiting over twenty minutes to here that the ice machine is down....... Really!!!... Then order donut and really no we don't have those either.... Boy Howdy..... Order a hot chocolate with no whipped cream and low and behold........ They sent it out with whipped cream...... Wow ! People..... You know we as individuals like a little peace and quiet in their life, tranquility, even just driving across town for an ice cap is tranquil to some and a small window in life that is awesome... 😎 and I am gonna say what is wrong with that.... Today if your machine is not working put up a machine in the back room that works or put up a sign that says no ice caps, no ice today and no donuts...... That would be very considerate and courteous to your customers that you do not have the most important thing.... .."ice"....Omg? Instead of having them wait in line for 15 minutes to 20 minutes and be told no ice today no donuts and can't pull around nobody because there is no way to get around everybody in your driveway not cool...... And I seen at the checkout on the way leaving it says tell us how we're doing and get 10 tidbits donuts I'm sure they wouldn't have the 10 tidbits they didn't have them last night....Sorry about the bad review but this is like the second turn yeah third time that I've been to your facility and it's not been good well not visit there again sorry
