I don’t have a Biggby where I live so I always get it when I visit my boyfriend! We love that they have a few sugar-free options. They always make sure to double check with each other that they’re sugar-free!

Best service ever. I love biggby, but this was my first time stopping by this location, the next time I'm passing through I'll definitely be stopping by again. The young man who rang in my order was very helpful when answering my questions about ingredients on a menu item. With food allergies he went out of his way to make the menu item differently to my request so I could still enjoy it. Both employees had positive up beat attitudes, but it was pretty awesome when one employee said to the other "Your on the Verge of greatness, your like doing so great"
Over all I had a great experience and was very happy with my visit, even with them being a little slower because they were busy and there was only two employees. All the other customers there seemed to be enjoying themselves and the atmosphere as well.

This morning my husband reminded the employee to put the drizzle in the drink. She had an attitude and said "well it's just gonna sink to the bottom" he said that's ok, can you put it in there anyways, then another employee came and said "yeah it's just gonna sink to the bottom"...she begrudgingly did it. I honestly believe she was not going to do it until he mentioned it. When I called to make a complaint, the employee apologized and said she was trying to help him, so it'll be easier for him. Easier for him to do what exactly, order, and carry my drink home 😆.
So make sure your watching how they're making your drink, not how they want it to be done.
And ladies at Biggby don't dismiss a persons orders just because it don't make sense to you, do better.

I am from the Metro Detroit area and have not gotten Bixbys coffee in over a decade and when asked to put cream cheese on my bagel and cut it in half they did not do so and served me a tart and bitter iced coffee also. Upon going to register to ask for a new coffee they would only hand me sugar packets to mix into my bitter iced coffee that I did not want and the sugar would not dissolve/mix because it was cold.

EXTREMELY rude baristas. Aways distracted and socializing when I go up to order. The blue haired woman was very snarky with me when I tried to use a coupon and threw my phone on the counter after scanning it. Whoever manages this store needs to get their staff in line.

Went in 03-13-22 at 11am. Cashier was rude when I asked a question, they burnt my bragel, tried to give me drinks that were not full, and overall were rude. Would not visit again. Not worth spending the money.

Very rude staff, I politely corrected a lady after she put whip on my drink and was given glares and huffs. I’ve recently been going to Biggby for my caffeine fix but now I drive out of my way to go to the state street location!

Coffees good and the people are nice and willing. The shop needs a lot of upkeep and cleaning. The workers are disorganized.
