Tim Hortons

Okay so the staff is great and I get exceptionally great service every-time I come here. However, the app never works. Why have buy one get one free or $1 coffees if you can’t use the app. Manager always overrides the app as it never works and I’ve had to call and speak with corporate in regard to the issue. Besides the complaining the line moves fast most days and the coffee is always made good! I am a frequent flyer for sure.

Will never come back to this location worst fast food service I've ever had! Some supervisor they have working there 🙄🤣 couldn't even get our order right waited for ever still never got all the order before we just ended up leaving! That place has turned into a joke definitely don't put the customer first and act decent to a waiting customer that already payed!

I have been going to this Tim's for years. I have also progressively watched a decline in customer service and speed of drive through. Quarterly you will see new managers and workers. The current morning workers are mature ladies that look like trash. No professionalism in appearance or speach. I would take the kind younger generation you previously had over this bunch. Get it together!!

I went inside to order a box of coffee and a dozen donuts for some construction workers. The staff treated me (and those ahead of and behind me in line) like they were doing us a favor, even seemed annoyed to serve their customers. The lady at the front counter could not multitask, and waited for two pots of coffee to brew to fill my box before helping the person behind me (and there were 3 people behind her!). She also wiped her nose and face a few times with her bare palm before handling items like coffee filters, cups, stir sticks, and the wax paper for the donuts. Unbelievable. Conversation between employees was not professional or courteous. The customer behind me ordered three dozen donuts and was glared at—and then the customer actually apologized for her large order! Perhaps other Tim Hortons locations provide better customer service and have high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene...I will certainly not be going back to this location.

The Tim Hortons on State Street in Saginaw Michigan has horrible service. I would prefer to give them zero stars. We went through the drive-thru and tried to place our order at around noon. The girl proceeded to tell us that they were not serving food. I thought that I misunderstood her and asked " Did you say that you are not serving food?" She said( in an extremely rude way), "YOU HEARD ME BECAUSE YOU REPEATED IT! NOW DO YOU WANT ANYTHING ELSE!?" I said, "No, because I came to this RESTAURANT to order FOOD." We were then stuck in the drive-thru because we couldn't get out. When my husband pulled up to the window he asked to speak to a manager , but no manager ever came. They dared us to call a 1800 number. This is truly some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I hope that the corporate offices are aware of this rudeness. Also, I have no idea why they were not serving any food. They did not feel it necessary to explain why we wasted our time coming there.
