Taco Bell

Walked to location and the inside dining was closed for some reason. I could see plenty of workers. Knocked on door and was ignored. I placed an order on the app to be picked up inside. I luckily was able to call them to tell them the door was locked and had an order. They told me to walk to the drive thou window. While the staff was friendly, I was still annoyed that there was no signage for the closed dining area. At least 4 people tried to open the door while I was there. Hope the owner knows they don't open the doors. Next time please update the app that the dining room is closed and put a sign up. Glad I got my food, which was correct. Thanks you.

I went through the drive thru, and my daughter was in the passenger seat. She said she didnt want anything to eat so I ordered what I needed. Pulled up to the window and Kim and another woman were at the window helping with orders and she asked why there was only one drink and an extra person in the car. I explained to her that she said she didnt want anything, and she proceeded to comment on 'how she couldn't even want a freeze drink'. So I asked her to add it on to my order, but she insisted that she did not want my payment and that she loves kids and kids get spoiled by her at this location. This kind gesture absolutely BLEW me away. With all the negativity in the world these days, this sweet womans attitude brought me to tears (yes even over a freeze drink). The world needs more of Kim and the team she was working with tonight. She is 110% what customer service is all about.
