This used to be my favorite location to go to on Bay road close to Weiss. There's a gentleman that has worked there first quite some years. He has always been wonderful but as of recently he is very short and rude with customers. Often put off when they ask for toppings or things as specific way. It is kind of sad. He has worked there for so long and it's kind of known around there for being there and extended period of time. He has made my experience there the last three times. Not so wonderful. And I have gone quite a bit recently. The last time I went I did not want to deal with him at all. So I drove all the way to State Street. Service. There was terrible. I understand it was busy and they were short-staffed but staff was not friendly at all.

I was very disappointed and sad to see that the young lady that waited on me had to work alone taking care of custumers all on her own. While her team mates (3) of them were standing back in the kitchen area that is visable gabing away and sluffing off all along lookin at me at the counter. I commend my sandwhich maker person for being great at what she does all on her own with little to no help from her team mates. Give her a raise! She truly deserves it!

That 3 out of 5 times lately I've been there didn't open till almost 930 and one time got there after 9 and was told 15min wait on the bread. Used to be my favorite store I don't know what's going on now

I come to this subway often once I get off work. Staff seems to be nice and the quality of the subs are nothing I can complain about. It's mainly just a solid Subway chain.

The older woman was clearly frustrated and I don’t blame her as she said they were waiting for the new bread to cool off but she was extremely rude to her younger coworker; yelling at him multiple times in ear point of customers, treating him as if he was stupid when he asked a question, and at one point she came out with things for the sub line and loudly threw them down. It made it very awkward for everyone waiting in line. The food was delicious as usual but the customer service was lacking today.

I was at this location this afternoon. The two girls working were so friendly! I unfortunately didn't catch their names but I hope their supervisor knows how much they're appreciated. It's nice to not cook every day, it's even nicer when the individuals making your food aren't annoyed by your presence. Great job ladies!!

Charged 15 bucks for a normal chicken bacon ranch and the workers were rude.
