Nice safeway lots of security but it's nice when your out strolling around just bought couple of things I didn't need but was having fun with hubby

I have never been in a Safeway I didn't love. It's the staff that influence your impression of a business and the high standard of customer service I experience at Safeway, regardless of the location, makes it one of my favorite grocery stores. After downloading their app and signing up for a free Safeway rewards account I never miss sales on the items I buy frequently and shopping trips have never been simpler. Customized shopping lists with real time inventory and isle location, nearby location suggestions for items with low or no inventory and extra rewards for long standing customers by location are just a few of my favorite in app features. Most Safeway locations are open by 6am and close after 10pm so shopping at your convenience is no problem. Visit the bakery and you are promised to find something different at each location making it difficult to pick your favorite store. Find more savings with weekly $5 deals throughout the store, a clearance section containing out of season items, products needing fast sale due to expiration, discontinued distribution, or new packaging or labels, and a day old bakery rack. No matter if you choose in-store shopping, curbside pick-up or delivery, you are guaranteed to receive the best experience when you choose Safeway.

Sacramento's largest Safeway, this location offers a selection that most others cannot. It's located near a lot of other shops in the R Street Market and Ice Blocks area, making it supremely convenient if you're in a rush. Many of the parking spots have been converted to employee-only, so good luck finding a spot during peak times.

This is one of my favorite Safeway locations. I came in to pick up a cake and few other items to appease my occasional sweet tooth. I was in and out of the store in no time. This store is always pretty clean and well stocked. The employees are pleasant and eager to assist you with your needs.

This Safeway is my go-to for food, as well as various household cleaning, cosmetic, and pharmacy items. Anyone who knows Midtown Sacramento knows some of the daily challenges here logistically. I feel that this Safeway handles the challenges quite well, while still making a good shopping experience for customers. I think very highly of the staff - Extremely courteous, respectful, and friendly team. Again, they have a lot to manage, and they do it consistently well. Any issues that I have had over my six years of experience with this as my primary store I attribute to the corporate side of things. For instance, I feel for the pharmacy personnel as they always seem stretched and under-staffed. Anyway - I recommend this Safeway. I feel that they deserve support and patronage for the services that they provide.
