I love coming here. Arby's is actually very new to me at age 50. My hubby started me on the place. I am VERY picky. I found my perfect yummy snack in the basic roast beef with a slice of cheddar cheese, (not the hot creamy cheese dip), & au jus sauce on the side. My hubby had a buy 2 for $7 and chose the Classic as both of his items. Sometimes he has one sandwich and chix straps as one of them. This particular Arby's is not located in the nicest area, but there are only a few left and we don't mind. That's because the staff there are polite, quiet, fast, friendly, and they keep the dining area atmosphere immaculate, cool, and relaxed. Overall, it was, as usual, a great time to grab a good bite to eat and enjoy a few moments together. Thank you Arby's staff!
Had not been to an Arby's for at least 15 years. All I wanted was the "original " sandwich. Ended up getting the 2 for $7 sandwich. Had them leave out the cheese. If I knew it had BBQ sauce, I would have had them leave that off too.
I usually get the smokehouse brisket sandwich but the quality can be hit or miss. The flavor and texture of the sandwich is good, occasionally the quantity of the meat is lacking. The crinkle fries are always good. I've also tried the Wagyu hamburgers and those are excellent with great texture, juiciness and flavor.
French dip never disappoints, especially with extra au jus, curly fries nice and crispy, tables weren't the best (cleanliness).
Love this location so much more than the Rockling one

I am not a fan of fast food. But I had to see how the Wagyu beef burger. Now, I would be naive to think that this $7.99 burger was all Wagyu beef. However, the burger was tender and better than most fast food burgers.
I went thru drive-thru, it was my first time trying Arby's and the customer service was GREAT! they let me talk, talk, talk, until my daughter and i figured out what we wanted to try. They gave suggestions for the different sauces. Customer service you don't get much of these days, so I appreciated them for letting me take 5mins to actually order something. Going back for sure!
Ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich with a side of curly fries and two two sliders. Food was good and I will be returning.
Gentlemen at the window around 8:30 pm on 4/13/23 was very friendly and gave excellent customer service. Not sure if he was an evening manager but he had the demeanor of one. He even commented on my blinged out ride which was nice...so sir, if you read this you're doing an awesome job!
