The sausages are high quality, unlike any dog you've had before. and the waffles are the best in town. Try the bacon and cheddar waffle if you're a fan of the sweet and savory.
This place was super fun, and the food was really tasty! I got the taco flavored dog, and my sister got the vegan dog, and a waffle. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was prepared fresh, and tasted amazing. I would recommend checking this place out if you’re feeling adventurous.
They have been open for 3 weeks and they are doing things right so far. We were greeted up on entering to thr owner I'm presuming and he told us about the sausages on had then gave us the menu. He made some personally recommendations which I took[went with half of the banana frost] they had records playing for the music collection and was playing scary movies on the television behind bar. It is order first and then sit. He brings food to table but self serve on utensils, condiments, and water. The seating is limited but had no problem when we came in. The food is what brings it home. We had chili waffle that was on special, beyond sausage, and half a banana frost. With drinks. I will be back and I will tell friends.

Awesome sausages and waffles. Delicious! The theme is cool and they do a great job of keeping with the theme in their food names and decor. They always have a horror movie on and records playing. Great selection of beer on tap and in cans.

Justin has done a very nice job on the decor. And the turn-table and music are an extra special touch to the vibe in this new gem in the heart of East Sacramento.
This place rips. They have a record player playing records which is super bitchin. They have great beer, and atmosphere. The food is absolutely phenomenal. The waffle batter is 10/10 and the sausages are to die for. I ordered, then ate, then I liked it so much I bought more food. Seriously, do yourself a favor and come here. We need more places like this in the world.
The atmosphere is chill, fun, like hanging out at a friend's house. Great beer selection. The sausage and waffles are very good. The owners are nice as well. I'll keep going there for sure.
Came here a few weeks ago with a friend and we both really liked the atmosphere here. It goes with the theme of the place as far as it having a bit of a spooky look to it with the black and red decor. Goes great with Halloween being right around the corner! The name of the place makes sense because just as Frankenstein was put together from random things their dishes are put together from seemingly random items. It was kind of weird but the flavor made sense. I had the corn waffle with chili and it was really good! My friend had some kind of sausage in a waffle and I tasted it and it was pretty good. Overall i liked this place and would definitely be returning sometime.
Just had a complete breakfast waffle... simply amazing! Definitely coming back to try more waffles in the future. Great microbrew and cider selection. Also have Sierra Nevada Celebration on tap! Highly recommend to try this place.
The Frankenwaffle was great. Its like a corn dog but with a waffle, dip it in the house mustard and your taste buds do a happy dance. (Spicy house mustard)I also had a plate of waffle topped with bananas and cream they were so good I didnt even put syrup on. Service was friendly I enjoyed it all. Great place!😃
