This is probably the best Jamba juice locations in Sacramento! And I've been to most of them several times. The management is on point and the customer service is excellent, shout out to the daytime manager Gracie who went above and beyond taking care of a small issue I had with my order after it had been delivered. Also, the owner had reached out to me personally to make sure everything was going good and also personally apologized for the very small problem I had had. Then, a few days later, I had ordered a smoothie over the phone right bf they closed and didn't get there till 10-15 mins after they had closed and to top it off, I had forgotten my wallet but, the wonderful night time manager Alejandra gave me a hella of a discount and I was able to pay for my smoothie with change I had in my truck. Long story short, this is a great location, and if you're into great customer service and in the area and feeling some Jamba, go the one off 65th Ave in Sacramento. They won't disappoint.
Only 7 customers allowed inside the store at one time . Masks required. There are 2 lines one to place orders in the store and another line to pick up online orders . There is a parking spot out front if you're picking up an order and you want staff to bring it out. Store is clean, no customer restrooms available,the staff is friendly, and of course the Jamba juices are delicious. They do have a small selection of food, breakfast burritos, flat bread,waffles. I ordered a large Jamba juice and it was about 8 bucks a little pricey but worth it whenever I wanna treat myself.
Love Jamba, service here is awesome. Rating down one star because I ordered at 12:20pm and didn't get my smoothie until 1pm! Highly unusual peak time. Beware of the lunch rush if you plan to come to this location. No accommodation for my wait this time.
I went in to grab a drink with a friend. Both of these employees around 1-2pm today serve so quickly and fast at what they're doing, and they just give me a great time being there for a short time. Great staff. đź‘Ť

Placed an order through Grubhub and had to update my address. Contacted Jamba and spoke with Jessica. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to get my information to make sure the driver had the correct updated info. Great customer service thank you Jessica!
This location is very nice and up beat.The Manager Jessica is very nice and always accommodating. Always going the extra mile to make your experience a wonderful one. I had a wrong order delivered and as soon as I called to let the store know Jessica was more than happy to make it right. No hassles and all smiles. I recommend going to this Jamba Juice any day.
My favorite location in Sacramento. The manager Jessica is the best! She's always smiling and goes above and beyond to make everyone who walks through the door feel welcome. Even when it's really busy she still takes time out to individually greet each customer and make sure they're happy with their order.
This morning I needed something delicious, to keep me off the wheat, and the Island Pitaya bowl was just the deliciousness.
I ordered online and when I went inside to pick up the deliciousness, Syniah was just finishing with it.
As I watched, Syniah took great care to make the bowl the picture of perfection. Scooped carefully on an even layer of granola, sliced the banana making sure to cut away the strings, then sliced the strawberries and placed both with precision. Then she added the fresh blueberries in a generous third column. Deftly, she sprinkled on the coconut flakes and artfully added the sweet honey to top it all off.
Most importantly, when I told her she was an artist and everything looked delicious, she said, with a beaming smile, "Thank you, I hope you enjoy it!".
Excellent service and the bowl is truly the most delicious I have ever had from Jamba Juice.
