Carls Jr. was empty at about 12:30 pm. It was hard to understand the english of an older woman who took our order and she was not very friendly.
Everytime I come Into this Carl's Jr. The staff makes me feel at home. The food is delicious, The staff are very welcoming, kind and in my opinion they're the best Carl's Jr I have ever had in Sacramento hands down! Eva and Francisco thank you guys so much for all the hard work you guys do!

I've visited Carl's JR November 8, 2021 1:40 pm and order a #1 Large combo with beyond meat (well done). The food was awesome and I dined in.
10 minutes into eating, I see a hard-working male employee named Julian cleaning the tables and Lobby. Once Julian was done cleaning, everything including the trash in the lobby looked well cleaned, dis-infected and well organized.
I sure will return to this location.
The lines are never long here. Customer service is great. Go here once a month or so. Would more, but you know fast food isn't something u should eat all the time.
