I just can't get enough of el pollo loco I go at least once a week.

Friendly staff and the service is pretty quick. But, the last two times they forgot or messed up my order. That's a bummer when you get home. Check your orders before you drive off.
This is the best El Pollo Loco location I've been to. The service is consistently friendly, the quality of the food is good, and the line doesn't take too long to get through. I've been here many times and I haven't had a bad experience at all.
I always get the Grande Avocado Bowl, and it's always well made and packed with high quality, tasty ingredients. It's actually cheaper here than other locations. What other fast food restaurant has a solid, tasty, nutritious meal that only costs $6? I highly recommend this place for reasonably priced, quality fast food.
I like the fresh food. The portion sizes are good and the food is delicious. We used the drive thru and the line kept moving even with constant traffic.
It's been a few years since I've eaten at El Pollo Loco, IDK why, but I'm coming back soon.
I love coming here for my lunch break for a loaded and fresh salad. They have fresh ingredients and a perfect menu for summer time heat!
Believe it or not...I have never eaten EL Pollo Loco...until last week... I tried the $5 Overstuffed Quesadilla(Yummmm) & a side of fresh guacamole. I'm so hooked!!!😋😋😋 & amazed how tasty the food is😋 You now have a regular customer for life. Lol

I came by this location recently, when I was in the area, and was very happy with my food! It was all fresh, hot and delicious!
I made a mobile order before I came , which was ready when I arrived. It wasn't busy, but I still appreciated the fact that there was no delay.
I was greeted using my name (from my mobile order) and the person working on the intercom was friendly and kind of funny, which was refreshing for a fast food employee taking my order.
There was a small discrepancy in my order, so I drove back thru the drive thru and let them know. They looked back at the order I made, and pretty quickly realized that they had misread my order and made a mistake, and promptly corrected it for me with no complaints, or bad attitude or anything.
All the food was really good. We had some street tacos, a cheese quesadilla, and a shredded chicken quesadilla with some chips and salsa. It all tasted really fresh, like just off the grill.
I would definitely stop back by this location next time I am around!
Food was fresh and hot. I used the app and requested curbside service and they were prompt to deliver it.
Tosadas are yummy. The right amount of everything. Tried the new burritos that added and its not worth its price, but it's not bad. We do get coupons regularly so that's nice.
Food was good I got the chicken tostada salad the young girl at the window was rude
