This place is INCREDIBLE!! Excellent service, staff is sooooo nice. They even gave us some little extra treats! Our food was awesome--we all 3 got chicken shwarma and a side of falafels. Absolutely delightful. We'll be coming here again for sure!!

First and foremost, the location is incredibly convenient, making it a go-to spot for those in search of a delightful dining experience. As soon as I entered, I was struck by the pristine cleanliness and warm ambiance. It's evident that the team at Mosaeic takes great pride in providing a welcoming environment for their patrons. The staff, from start to finish, were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The service was not only fast but also delivered with a genuine smile—a rarity that truly enhances the overall dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food—the true star of the show. I opted for the veggie platter, and every item on it was a culinary masterpiece. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, and each bite was a burst of deliciousness. The hummus was a standout, managing to be both healthy and incredibly tasty. The falafels were, without a doubt, the crispiest and most flavorful I've ever had. The dolmas were a delightful surprise—fresh and bursting with flavor. The salad was a refreshing palate cleanser, highlighting the commitment to providing healthy yet delicious options. The pitas were a perfect accompaniment—fresh and fluffy, the ideal vessel for savoring the various flavors on my plate. The portion size was just right, leaving me satisfied and eager to return for more. A special mention goes to the lemon sauce, a delightful addition that elevated the entire meal. I'm already planning my return visit to explore more of the tantalizing items on Mosaeic's diverse and impressive menu. In conclusion, Mosaeic is a culinary delight that deserves every bit of praise. From the impeccable cleanliness to the friendly staff, and, of course, the outstanding food, Mosaeic has earned its place as the best Mediterranean restaurant in Sacramento. Kudos to Eyad and the entire team—I'll be back soon for another unforgettable dining experience!

Very friendly staff. Food was delicious. It was my first time eating Mediterranean food and they let me try toppings before I added them to my meal to make sure I was happy with it. I will definitely go again if and when I'm in the area

Amazing place to get Mediterranean food. The Hummus and grape leafs are delicious. Really all the food was great. The service was very good and the workers are incredibly nice, you can really tell cooking isn't a job for them more of a passion.

Neither one of us felt like cooking, so we decided to go to Mosaeic for dinner. That was a great decision. The shawarma was delicious, the tabouleh was perfection, and the grape leaves tasted like I remembered from home. But the best part of the meal was the great service. Oh and the desert was an amazing end to a very satisfying meal. Thank you Mosaeic!

Found this place while heading to San Francisco. It's a gem. Looks like it was just opened or changed owner. The place has 10 tables or so. Was created with a smile. Like the lights and simple decor. The food was very good with a reasonable price for the area. I did get the beef and chicken Tikka. The meat was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. It came with hummus, rice and salad. All was very good. They gave me a small lentil soup which was good too. The owner gave me a small desert at the end, but also got the cheese kunefe. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back if I in that area again.

I would actually rate this 4.5 stars, but because the food and service was excellent, and they still don't seem to be too popular, I chose to give them 5 stars. This is a low-key restaurant and initially it seemed pricey, but considering the amount of food we got, it seemed more like a bargain by the end. We paid about $33 for the two entrees, including a tip. This is a blend of table service and counter serve. We ordered at the counter and were handed our drinks (water), and then were served lentil soup, then baklava, and then our main meal with pita bread on the side. The biggest downside, at least for me, was their choice to use styrofoam and disposables for the drinks and appetizers. It almost felt like this place could be date-worthy: they have dressed up the restaurant to have a nice vibe, with soft music playing in the background, but any semblance of elegance went out the window when our lentil soup appeared in a styrofoam bowl with a plastic spoon. I care more about the environmental consequences than the elegance, but regardless, that's where the half-star reduction comes from. Everything else was stellar. The people are super nice and every food item was excellent, perhaps with the exception of a few pieces of my chicken which were a bit overcooked (it was a kabob, so it was understandable and not a problem). Even small touches like the garlic sauce were excellent. A word about the menu: "kabob" refers to a kabob with ground meat, whereas "tikka" refers to a kabob with cubes of meat. The "tikka kabob" comes with one of each. I chose the chicken tikka, and my wife got the shawarma combo. We will be back!

Friendly staff, awesome halal food, good service. The pictures and the review are for the previous management (Awafi). Don’t rely on them! I’m not sure about the new management (Mosaeic)! Haven’t try their food!!

Great food. It was flavorful and delicious. My wife and I split the BBQ combo tray. It was a lot of amazing grilled meats. I recommend this place to anyone whose looking for good food and bringing an appetite. My wife and I will be back.
