I usually come here every Thursday night after teaching at Crunch. Food is good, people are friendly, and the service is fast. Customer service and food definitely get five stars!

Every time I visit they are packed and I still get speedy service. The staff are friendly and professional even when other customers get angry. I have observed them de-escalate a volatile situation on multiple occasions no mater how rude the customer was. This restaurant is a 10/10 for food service,food quality and consistency!

I live 2 minutes from another El Pollo Loco but prefer to drive up to 40 minutes through heavy traffic to get food at this location. Updating my review after reading some of the negative comments. There aren't any drunk homeless people here, the parking lot is always clean and welcoming. I frequently order on the app as well as in person. When I order with the app my food is always ready before the completion time. Not sure why so many people having a bad day take it out on this location but they are always friendly when someone comes in irritated and talking rudely to them.
Sometimes it takes a moment before they can take my order, that is not to be taken as they are ignoring me. On the contrary, it is because they are popular and incredibly busy most of the time. The guy in the review with the "rice" burrito, looks like he opened it and then re-rolled it with just rice... some people smh... I hate how today's society loves to leverage bad reviews for free food.
I don't do a lot of reviews because I feel it should be warranted, quality over quantity, and this place deserves the kudos for putting up with some of the worst and most rude customers I have ever seen. I used to work in customer service and have mad respect for people who do, never again for me because of how terrible people treat those in the industry.
