Warmy, calming, friendly place… I was searching for bonite powder and they have it, you can find it quite everything to make a good ramen brow! Pastry are great but you have to like Japanese style… went to Japan, taste juste this way! Cashier was nice !!!

I had my first Osaka-Ya mochi experience from Oto’s Marketplace. A limited supply of select mochi flavors from Osaka-Ya are delivered there for sale. Butter mochi was unheard of for me so I was quite interested to try and it did not disappoint. Wanting to enjoy it again, I called Oto’s and was told the vendor was Osaka-Ya! Today I decided to visit Osaka-Ya and saw dorayaki?? Wait DORAYAKI?!?! Today God must be smiling down on me. I bought three (ones w/o mochi). Unfortunately butter mochi is only on Saturdays. It’ll be an excuse to come back here this weekend. Staff is very friendly. The shop is very small. Frozen snacks (sweet & savory) available. I wish they had more of a variety of JP snacks. I’m guessing flavors of mochi vary on days of the week. I wonder if its the same for the other in-house snacks as well. Gunther’s ice cream is served at a small window on the front left-side of shop door.

Polite service . Stopped by for the 1st time. The snow cones are pretty big and prices are reasonable. Wish they didn't use inexpensive snow cone flavorings, as it Stains your teeth and clothes very bad. Wouldn't recomend consuming if your have somewhere to be . I'd pay extra if natural fruit juice was an option instead of the heavy artificially colored syrup

A Hidden summer secret. A small window in the wall serves freshly shaved snocones and Ice cream floats. My favorite is a Rootbeer flavor snocone with a vanilla ice cream scoop at the bottom. They also have mochi, red beans, & condensed milk toppings. Only serving during the Summertime. This is a great treat when your hot. Family run & the shop attached stocks Japanese treats & snacks.

This is a Childhood shaved ice place I have been going to for as long as I can remember. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great shaved ice place! Come give it a try! In my opinion one of the best shaved ice in town! They only do one flavor, without mixing different flavors (but you will see why in person.)Their shaved ice comes in: xs, s, med, large and I believe xl. Sizes run big(which is awesome). More bang for your buck. So look before you buy. Xs I would say can be for kids. I got a medium sour apple(nice and tart) shaved ice with Vanilla ice cream in the middle (cost extra for the ice cream but worth it!) Shaved ice is cash only. Sometimes there can be a line, but all great places have those!

Their mochi was so good, I had to come back a few days later to get more. Keep in mind that the flavors are traditional versus the sweet americanized palate we have grown used to with desserts here. Their peanut butter flavor is very popular and adheres to the taste of sweet America. I like the white bean paste the best.

I love this place 💜💜💜 their mochi is fresh, the texture is heaven as is the taste. Their sushi is really good and NOT refrigerated, as it should be. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. The only downside is their size, I wish they had more items for making traditional Japanese dishes at home 😞
