We had an absolutely perfect evening at Echo and Rig. Even though we were running late, we were greeted graciously and sat quickly. The manager greeted us as soon as we were sat, and then the waiter introduced himself and consistently provided incredible service throughout the evening. The menu offered a lot of great choices, so we tried several items that were all delicious. They even brought out a small portion of the bacon for us to try. The cocktails were incredible, and the food was perfect. It is one of the best dining experiences we've ever had, and we will definitely be back. I have to say the exceptional staff made our experience at Echo and Rig a truly memorable experience.
My favorite restaurant in DoCo! This restaurant offers very comfortable seating, amazing service, and delicious food. My mom and I came here for lunch to catch up with each other, and they were so helpful in choosing what to eat. Our server had plenty of knowledge about the source of their ingredients, and offered great suggestions that fit our palate. The meats used in both of our sandwiches were very good, and the cuts were generous.
We caught up for almost 3 hours, and they were very considerate not to disrupt our conversation. We will definitely be back for dinner.
It does help that the cocktail was strong and we very much appreciated that.
My Husband and I made last minute reservations here to celebrate our anniversary. The service was truly amazing. Our waiter was so kind, understanding, and attentive. We are Muslim and were informed some choices of meat were actually Halal to our surprise. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients in the dishes. The food was also amazing, definitely no complaints from us. The Calamari was SPECTACULAR. We will be adding Echo and Rig to our normal date spots. Thank you again!
We had impeccable service and the food was delicous. Appetizers to have - mushroom fries, cauliflower, bone marrow. The desserts - delicous and the steaks were cooked to a chef's kiss!
Main dish was cooked amazingly. Oysters probably should stay away from, didn't taste very fresh. Overall good food & service, but be prepared for it to be SUPER loud inside.

The fillet mignon was delicious.
We ordered the carrots, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, risotto and gnocchi as sides. Everyone of them was excellent.
I'd like to give this a 4.5 but that wasn't an option. And the only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because I think the steak could have been a little more flavorful. Other than that, the experience was great. The food, overall, was really great. I had the 32 oz. porterhouse. It was very good. The thick cut bacon and the watermelon salad were both amazing. I will definitely come back for the service, and stay for the food.
Brought my partner here to celebrate a special accomplishment in her life. We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to squeeze us in. The hostess asked us why we were there and I told them about her accomplishment. From that moment forward, we were blown away by the staff, waitress and management congratulating her at different moments. They provided complimentary champagne, an appetizer and dessert - all of which were delicious. We ordered glasses of red wine to go with our steaks, brussel sprouts and Mac n cheese as appetizers, and two different cuts. All of it was delicious, cooked perfectly and of a good serving size. The dessert was a perfect mix of salty and sweetness, with a little crunch. The best part though was our waitress was very knowledgeable, sweet, fun and full of so much character that it made our night. Highly recommend to celebrate a special moment and enjoy a good steak dinner.

Have to give a shoutout to Stephanie the manager and Zach our server here, they were both phenomenal, personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about not only the food here but also their customer experience.
Two of us dined here on a Tuesday night, not too busy and very attentive staff. We were greeted personally by the manager of the restaurant at our table, making us feel very welcome.
Drinks: I had the Pisco Sour since I love Whiskey sours and I was not disappointed, 5/5. My gf had “The Pig and the Lady” it was sweeter drink but perfect for her and I’d by lying if I said I wouldn’t order it haha, 5/5
Food: I had the Ribeye Cap, my girlfriend had the roasted chicken with fried rice, Ribeye cap is 5/5 (I had the mushroom brandy sauce) but it didn’t need the sauce to be great. I tried her chicken and for me would be 4/5, the bite I had was a little dry. We ordered sides of Mac n Cheese and Roasted Garlic Mash potatoes, both exceptional. But the star of the night was a surprisingly comped starter of the fried spinach salad, this is a MUST get when you visit! It’s fresh, variety of flavors and a little kick (which we love) from the fresh jalapeños. We capped off the night with a dessert that was also comped when the manager came by and said we had to try the Caramel Turtle ice cream dish, and she wasn’t wrong, highly recommend.
Overall service was just exceptional, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they seem to take a genuine interest in you or your likes. Ambiance was nice, gave us Cafe bar, casual fine dining vibes. All of this for less cost than a lesser experience at other steak houses we’ve tried in the area!
