Pilothouse Restaurant On The Delta King

"Valentine Day" I will start by saying thank you a million Ms. Krystal for everything you have done that day for me... Ms. Krystal is one of the managers if not the manager to this awesome place and she didn't miss a beat with making sure my visit was to remember 👏👏👏 Met with me earlier in the day to grab my special gift for my fiancé so it can be presented by my waitress come dessert time which worked out perfect might I add BUT she also showed me the table we'd be sitting at which was an amazing view overlooking the Sacramento River where she can see the Sacramento Bridge from her seat which was at night so it lit up making it even more memorable to the eye's. The food was great even thow my Filet Mignon was over cooked (I asked for medium well done... it was well well done an dry) but I didn't complain because I wanted the night to be perfect (and it still was)... other then that the food was EXCELLENT ! My waitress was also excellent as well and couldn't of asked for a better server she went above an beyond to make our night that much more special so to the waitress that served us you to deserve a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as well 👏👏👏👏👏. I did my homework on this place and I will say from experience that reading reviews doesn't always cut it you need to go experience it for yourself because if I go off of reviews I would have missed out on this awesome opportunity to experience this historic restaurant because you can't make everyone happy and some people are just miserable within themselves BUT I'll say I went with my gut and oh BOY was this an experience to remember now I halfta think of something to be able to top this off for next Valentine Day. Thank you Ms. Krystal and the whole Pilot House staff for doing your thing and for sure I'm sure I'll be back 🙏.

Well this was our first time eating here. It was by fluke because the first two places we were going to had over a two hour wait. We decided to check this place out, and our wait was maybe 10 minutes. With that being said, here we go! The Delta King is a big river boat. We had outside seating so the views were very nice. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, so that could use some improvement. Our server was very nice and attentive to us. We started with the calamari. It was average but good. The dipping sauce made it nice because it had a little bite to it. We ordered the American Wagyu burger. Thick juicy patty with lettuce, tomato, pickle and red onion. They come dry so you'll need to ask for mayo or whatever your heart desires. It was a very nice lunch with great weather and views of boats cruising by. I'd like to try their dinner menu sometime. Definitely check it out.

A historic boat with a hotel, theater and restaurant inside. I had the pleasure eating here. The views of the water and surrounding area was astounding. Get here for a sunset and be awed. The food was better than the view. The heirloom tomato side salad was oh so good and should be on every table. I love Cioppino it was great. The heavenly flourless chocolate cake was worth the cheat on my diet. If you are looking for a place to celebrate a special date, don’t hesitate make reservation today.

Came here to celebrate and our waitress was fantastic. We got the shrimp cocktail, pork chop and New York Steak. We where also treated to a lava cake (which was missing the lava but was still fantastic). When we where leaving at 7 on a Friday, a band was about to set up to play.

Intimate and romantic seating. Great attentive staff. Beautiful scenery. Decadent and delicious food. We will definitely return. Give them a try you wont regret it! Also get the crab cakes!
