Mcdonald's

I come here all the time because of how close it is to my house. I get the same thing every time. Chicken Nuggets that are well done. They have done it every time with no complaints. Today, I was told that “they don’t do that and they’ve never done that”with the rudest attitude. She continued to say “you can get them how they come or not at all”. Which is a lie because I go there almost every day for my lunch break. Regardless, I left and went to Biddeford McDonald’s that didn’t even question it when I ordered. I’ll be going to the biddeford McDonald’s from now on.

When I was a kid I used to love going to McDonald's they used to have awesome food back then. Nowadays it just seems the sandwiches are sloped together by robots as food presentation is not a requirement by management. At this particular McDonald's I have found the service to be absolutely horrible and I usually have an issue every time I order as I do not like pickles and ask for pickles to be deleted from my sandwich. However, every time there is pickles on my sandwich. Maybe they should reprogram those robots back there to take custom requests. I'd like to say I'll never be back but I know I will. This place is always my absolute last resort though.

Next time you guys just up and decide to close early maybe shut off your mobile ordering or let people know instead of just posting a sign on your drive thru that you closed early, really not fair for the ones that work late at night and want something to eat, I probably won’t be coming back 👍🏻 Really bad service on your end maybe treat employees better and you’ll have enough people that will work for you so you can stay open till 1 very disgusted

They were very busy and probably understaffed like everyone else so it took a while to order. However the bathrooms were very dirty and when I came out it looked like a shift leader/manager (who may or may not have been on the clock) was making a tri-fold poster, for which I assume was for a hiring event. If he was on the clock he should have been helping take orders or cooking. We went inside, so they were focused more on the drive thru it seemed. The young lady was very apologetic and kind.

Never get chicken nuggets here. I never get the spices I order. They never put them in the bag or I got 1 on the wrong kind for a 20 piece when I should have gotten 4. I habent once got the right sauces or amounts at this one. I also get jumped on nuggets 9/10 times. Seriously. The one in SoPo gets it right every time

Zero stars today!! Went to pick up just a shake. Granted I new it was dinner rush. Both drive thru were packed! I noticed the lobby was empty. No one there. I stood as two front line workers were working hard to keep up with drive thru. At least 5 mins went bye I still was standing there hoping at least someone would at least say be right with you or sorry were crazy right now be with you in a moment. But what I got was Absolutely nothing. Chirp Chirp!!! By now there is a line behind me inside. Now 10 mins of my life has gone bye. Other people in line started to say loudly is anyone working the lobby?? Still nothing from anyone. I left upset! It's a easy fix. It's called COMMUNICATION!!! Poor customer service!!! Management needs to look into this
