I ordered a medium burger and it was very rare, but the service was very nice and accommodating, and they made me a new one, turning an awkward moment into a pleasant one.
The menu isn't that appealing to me, but the place is very conveniently located. I tried the fried calamari and the breading was soggy.

This is one of my go-tos. I love the food. The service. The atmosphere could use a little work in that they something to tone down the noise so you can hear. And the tables are a bit too close.

Really bad traffic so I decided to get off I 95 in Rye NY. What a great main street. Many restaurants. Looked in the windows and decided on ruby's. Was really good. I had some oysters and shared a seafood pasta dish. In and out in less than an hour then back on road and traffic was gone

I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for the flies and other bugs flying around us and our food and we were sitting indoors. There were so many flies it made it less enjoyable as we were constantly swatting them away from our food and face.

The food is good, wait staff is not very attentive or friendly. The restaurant has a very dark interior so you have to be in the mood for that.

Went here looking for some good oysters and was not disappointed. Had a burger and chicken sandwich that were excellent. Our waiter, Joe Y. was great and super attentive. Good draft selection as well. Definitely will be back soon.

I went to Ruby's with my family for a dinner. The atmosphere and bar is wonderful as well as the menu is extensive with diverse dishes.
The two reasons I gave a 4 star review is that my dietary restriction had a bit of a complication, resulting in me getting a side that I wasn't allowed to eat on my diet, and that the two sandwiches (French Dip) my family got the meat was very chewy.
The staff thankfully gave me a free side with my meal, which was different from the original side I wanted due to the time constraint by the time the waiter came over. But, my family members ended up disliking their meals, despite it being flavorful and seasoned nicely, due to the chewiness of the cut meats on the sandwich.
