Hit and miss on all factors. Sometimes the staff are amazing, other times not so much. Same with the food, quality and accuracy unfortunately depends on the staff that is on shift.

The food was good. Maybe a bit stale, but hey, could be a lot worse. The cheeseburger was a little small, but they filled the fries to the absolute brim! The drink was okay, as it wasn't very tasteful. Good overall.

They were super busy but after making a pick up order as well as a drive thru order they were still kind and she even gave me an extra drink! This location is usually quick friendly and the ice cream machine is working almost every time I've visited!

I was at the Riverdale McDonald's and everyone was in the back laughing and it was 7 cars deep for over 30 minutes. Then we all left and I came to the Roy location and a woman named Cruz was very nice and gave me great service. She was fast and polite and just amazing. Thanks for showing me not all McDonald's are at that standard. I will now be coming to this location from now on.

I've been coming to this McDonald's on and off for the last 5 years. I can definitely tell you the service has been horrible before and it's also been great before. This location is managed by Watkins Management, which I haven't seen a lot of effort from them to make a good restaurant, but instead it directly reflects on how the store manager treats that restaurant. I am happy to say that so far in 2023 (lunch time shift), the store manager and everyone on shift have been amazing. I received fast customer service, accurate orders, and clean facilities. Whether it's drive-thru, mobile pickup or dine in, I've been treated well every time recently. Their indoor dining facility is very nice and has a working beverage machine (unlike others in the area). I try to keep my reviews up to date, so I'll definitely come back if anything changes, but as of right now this location is a solid option and deserves a five-star review in terms of fast food establishments (I can't say anything about the night time shift since I don't go to this location normally at that time anymore). And to the store manager and leads, keep up the good work. As someone who has worked in food service before, it is very easy to see good leadership.

Stopped in today for lunch. Bathroom was clean and table and lobby area clean. Ordered at kiosk. Food was ready before I paid. All tasted great as it should. Happy employees upfront. Only complaint was manager lady was barking out orders to her workers. For example she yelled across the dining area to scold her employee for not placing more caution wet floor signs out. Employee was doing a wonderful job as she mopped. Then manager placed the sign out. Better option was to walk over and with soft voice remind employee she needed more caution signs out. I felt bad for employee and thanked her for her diligence in doing her job so well. Drink machine was out of most drinks. Manager said she would fill it up. After 45 min still no drinks and I left. I know how hard it is these days being short handed. Just be more kind and do your job the best you can. Be Happy. Still have a 5 Star
