First visit, but very impressed with the quality of the thai curry I had. Friendly wait staff and generous portions in dinner combination. I really like the coconut fried shrimp as a nice change on a common side.

Wonderful food! They were able to manage my tricky allergies, which is really good of them to make things in a different way. Some of the food is spicy, but some isn't. But it was all full of flavors and unique.

We love the Thai food here. We order often. We like the jerky and sticky rice, a dish called Pad Pit Gateum, is delicious. It sits on cabbage and we get beef and the sauce is a peppery deliciousness. Their Pad Thai is the best, I've tried other places and they have the best hands down. We also tried their soup it had mushrooms, bamboo, lil corn in a chili lime soup. It was so good. Their papaya salad is very good as well.

I've been here a few times. Everything I've ordered off the Thai menu has been delicious, satisfying and a good value for the price. I order off the Chinese menu for my kids and it's mediocre at best. Drunken noodle is good (spicy dish) and the garlic beef is also delicious. The boba drinks are good... I like the taro, avocado or coconut.

I love 5 star! I come here once a year it was my brothers favorite restaurant. We used to go there to eat when I would visit. He passed away 9 years ago but I come here once a year to eat. It helps me remember the good times we spent together. The food is delicious. I recommend it to anyone!

Great food and superior service during our visit. I have never been more accommodated as a Vegan in a thai restaurant. Our excellent waitress informed us that any dish can be made Vegan or Vegetarian upon request. I highly recommend for great Thai food in Roy!

A favorite for fifteen years or so. My palate has changed quite a lot through the years, and Five Star has always been a very solid choice in Chinese or Thai when I'm in the area.
Really fair prices and nice portions. The lunch combo is a fine value.
Parking is pretty good too.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Never ever disappointed. Our favorites include Tomka soup, beef and papaya salad, the garlic edamame, beef jerky, sticky rice, and much more. Never tried anything we haven't liked. Shane and his staff are friendly and personable. By far our favorite Thai restaurant to go to. You've got to try their Thai Tea too.

Staff are very personable and their service is on point all the time. I been coming here every other week for lunch with co-workers as well as going for dinner with the wife and this place does not disappoint.
Thai food here is key, I don't get the Chinese so I cannot say if it's delicious or not but since their Thai food is top notch I am sure it just as yummy. I always start with the hot and sour soup and add some pickled jalapenos to give it a kick (recommended by Joe who works there).
I will come here until the world ends, this place is so good.

Been a customer for almost twenty years. This restaurant has effectively ruined sweet and sour sauce for me and my wife, simply because we have yet to find another place along the entire Wasatch Front that can even come close!
I wish we still lived close to this restaurant, but it's a warm welcome to stop in whenever we are in the area.
