This is their idea of a large fry and a large onion ring... not only do you get the privilege of waiting in line up to 40 minutes after placing your order to get your food they only fill the containers half full and the drinks are not much better. And all this for an outrageous price almost double what Sonic charges.

Ordered a #4 Jalepeno & cheese WhataBurger. It took over 10 minutes and the burger was dry and very plain. No mustard or ketchup. One of the kids meal burgers bun was very stale and hard. My grandsons were originally very excited that we were going to WhataBurger but extremely disappointed in their meals.

Kept seeing these all over the Dallas area, I'm from Chicago and had never been to Whataburger so we gave it a try. Staff was polite and that's the only good thing I can say about the place! Restaurant was dirty, sticky floor, ice overflowing the soda drain trays, trash on the floor ( which I saw a employee sweep into a pile then walk away without picking up. Was still there when we left! ), a real mess. And so slow, 10 minute wait for 2 burgers and fries. So what do I end up with? A lukewarm burger on a stale bun, floppy bacon and under cooked soggy fries. I'm stunned anyone thinks this is good, possibly the worst fast food I've ever had. I'll take Culvers or Steak and Shake over this any day! Never again, you couldn't pay me to eat here.

It should not take 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order. We saw 6 cars leave the drive thru window because service was so slow. I gave this location two stars because the young man who took care of us was polite and helpful.

If possible I would give a zero rating. Time after time, the drive thru experience is best described as incompetence and customer service is completely lacking. There was a time when customers were greeted with a welcome to whataburger but more often than not I get a blank stare or what do you want. The food is quite good overall but the complete lack of any customer service and a roughly 50/50 chance you'll get the correct order is just too much. There's just too many other choices out there to keep coming back.

Terrible food.
Ordered a jalapeño burger and just got a cheese burger, ordered a large chicken strip meal and got a regular and they asked what kind of sauce and still didn’t give it to me. Worst whataburger around. I’ll start making the drive across town for the other one after this. Children at the drive through have no idea how to do their jobs. Not to mention all the food was cold and fried not cooked correctly

I normaly go to the firewheel pkwy location but I was so tired of 30-45min wait times in the drive through and then deal with below average to just down right rude customer service.
Today at 8:20pm 5/28 I decided to drive just a bit farther to go to this location and I will absolutely be coming back here every time from now on. The wait wasn't to bad 4 cars infront of me took about 10-15 min from ordering to driving away.
The customer service was 120% I was acknowledged emidiatly they said hello and asked if I could wait a moment. I do not mind waiting at all if I'm at least asked otherwise I feel ignored and left wondering if anyone even knows if I'm here. The guy on the speaker was so friendly, polite and upbeat it put me in a great mood.
When I got to the window I received my food quickly, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for ketchup for my fries. When I tapped on the window and asked he said he already added them to my bag. And yes he had! At the other location it's a 60% chance if I get BBQ sauce for my nuggets or ketchup for my fries even when asking during my order. So having it w.o asking was such a breath of fresh air.
When I got home everything was correct all my requests had been followed (no tomato) thank you to the cooks I think that has only been carried through twice at the other location. And all the food was still hot the other location I'm lucky if it's still lukewarm.
Wataburger locations comparison aside this has Def one of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time. I work retail so I come from dealing with my share of horrible customers and I do my best to be understanding of being short handed and having bad days, it crazy how much I have put up with as a customer because I didn't want to be a Karen and never noticed until I was treated so well. Thank you everyone who was working when I came by.

As many others have said this place is an embarrassment to the Whataburger name. I’ve made multiple complaints and the manager has stated they will “make my experience into a wow.” Based on the actions afterwards I must assume that wow means we give zero cares to customers. I’d say 90% of the time the order is wrong, often so disgusting it has to simply be thrown away. They often have no soap in the restroom which begs the question how are employees washing hands as required by health code? You’ll be better off driving to any other Whataburger. The sooner this place is closed the better.
